I hate to say this, Norv, but I'm probably going to drop out of this rp after getting a post up. I just have a hard time mustering the energy and willpower to post, and it's become something of a chore. Would you be able to take control of Robert and Willie after I post?

Impossible; Christopher Lee is too English not to immediately to become a milkdrinker.

That, my friend, is utter blasphemy.

Yeah, Episodes I,II, and III were crap, but the original 3? C'mon!

Well, we play this game to have fun; I certainly wouldn't want to impose a chore on you. I will respect your decision, though I might just sideline your characters once they make it back to Harelaw. I would ask you to get them that far, as a personal favor - after that, you must do what you feel to be right for you, and I will react according to your choice.

I would like to note that I wish to wait for Aurin's post before I type one up myself, to give Isobel the opportunity to react to Elspeth. Once Aurin's posted, I'll begin working on writing up Elspeth's reaction to events in the tower and the Dacre's words.

Episodes 5 and 6 are good films, Episode 4 decent.

How dare you breathe from the same atmosphere as I. 5 and 6 were fantastic films.

Will definitely agree with you on 2, though.

I like V for its absolutely catastrophic atmosphere; yet at the same, VI is a very good resolution, especially for its emphasis on the real star - Darth fucking Vader.

As to IV... it's not bad, but it's not great. III could've been better, if it wasn't so uneven and poorly-executed.

Every RP I run is a learning experience for me.

In this one, I tried to create an intricately plotted story in which every PC had a key role to play. I interwove relationships and backgrounds, planted secrets in the past, connected plotlines for the future.

Then two-thirds of the PCs left.

The reality is that I can't run this RP with the players I have left. I plotted this too intricately - and therefore too rigidly - to be able to continue without most of the original players.

Next time - and there will be a next time - I won't make the same mistake.

But I don't think there's any point in trying to revive this further, folks. I'm sorry.
