Would the Ottomans be interested in working out a significant energy trade deal with UK? We like nationalists, so we'll overlook domestic abuses and provide military guarantees in exchange for securing a reliable oil source.

UK, we can become best friends provided you support me in my war against Iran. Romania if you can get me some blueprints from old Russian weaponry we can become best friends too. I like being neutral means I can work with whoever the hell I want. Ottomans gots plenty of oil thanks to Iraq and Syria, might take Kuwait and Qatar in the near future, but UK and Romania if I get accepted shoot me a TG ok.

Consider it done. Thanks to being a Commie, I have access to some of Russia's best Designs. Pay me money or Oil for them. I have a HUGE World War II debt to pay off.

Romania has oil right? I mean they were the largest oil producer in Europe during World War 2 until America bombed their refineries and so on, but they reconstructed them. I think Romania has a lot of oil, much like the rest of the Black Sea ara, Ukraine and Moldavia.

Heh, no. All our Oil goes to Russia for not crushing us. IRL, the World War II debt of Romania was Barely halfway paid off when the U.S.S.R. Collapsed. I need oil from a third source.
