What if you want to crash you economy? I did have a coup, so I need that to really represent the sorry state of the economy. It should recover in a couple months.

Again: Will I get the IRL Soviet Weapons shipment in 1986? The agreement was signed in 1982.

I think Centroamerica was created by the US to combat communism down south. At least, that's according to Novacom's app.
