Well I would assume that most people (including myself) only use dragon because most dragons aren't exclusively male or female, but in a case where the... thing... in question is explicitly female (such as here) I would use the feminine form.

*sighs* To be attracted to cute cartoons is not the same as being attracted at all to kids in real life. Little children bother me. Hell, freshman girls scare me to fuck. And I honestly believe that until you hit, like, sixteen years of age (for the most part), you really aren't very attractive as a girl (not in my eyes anyway).

However, lolicon is fake. It very often overemphasizes the female portions in ways that don't ever occur IRL (I'm not so into that though). The reason I am fine with it is that it brings to the front the innocence and Kawaiiness (not a word) of the female sex, and often has mostly flat-chested girls (which is honestly my fetish).
