I wrote a similar story for a creeative writing class when we just had to write a story of our own choosing but it had to have a moral.

Basically there's a guy who is living in some oppressed country. He has a wife and basically their lives are miserable. One day he finally just straight up tries to kill himself but is stopped by someone. Angel or demon, who offers him some piece of jewelry that he says will grant him extraordinary power, but it will cost him something in return later. He agrees, and takes the whatchamacallit. Goes on a rampage decimating basically everything in his path,, friend and foe alike, and eventually overthrows the government that was oppressing them. His wife tells him that she's leaving him because he killed dozens of innocent people and he kills her. Then he kills himself when he realized what he did.

Love it. Just my favourite flavour of disturbing.

Oh, but this:

A mild example: Once in Creative Writing last year I wrote an erotica about the soul of man in Hell being tortured by demons, then stumbling across a demonic brothel and falling in love with an incubus whom he knew in life as a human. Guess what happened next.

Unfortunately I had to write it in two parts because the upper limit per submission was 2 pages or so, and I never got the chance to hand in the second (e.g. explicit) part because the school year was ending and the teacher didn't want to take in any more submissions.

I actually wrote a lot of slightly disturbing stuff in that course. Graphic torture scenes (though I toned them down a bit for the teacher's sake), tales of death (GRA actually came out of one of those), erotica, etc. Luckily the teacher didn't seem to mind much.

I've done worse, but not weirder. I once vividly described how the Rider On The Pale Horse, Judas Iscariot, tortured a 14-year old Nephillim……… because of a bet with The Rider On The Red Horse, Adolf Hitler.

No, I didn't say that. It sounds pretty disturbing, actually.

I hated writing that……… but loved it when half of Greece collapsed on Hitler later on, and then God personally kiled him.

What kind of school allows you to submit erotica to Creative Writing classes?!?!?!

That'd be my favourite school.
I don't think I even had those.

I did a brutal murder for one of my writings this year. Well, less murder, more war story. But still: entrails everywhere. Dead Nat-zees on the beaches. A young boy, his life altered irreparably.

I also wrote a short story about a serial killer. The twist: I told it from his perspective and tried to portray him sympathetically and show that aside from his murderous tendencies, he had a pretty normal life. It flipped pretty quickly from *shooting woman in an alley* to *getting on the bus, going home, and taking a shower*

And I wrote a short story about a woman jumping off a cliff, inspired by this song.

It's ok. Last time I wrote a story it was 4th grade and only made 3 pages. But the pages were like 3-5 inches big and in the shape of a boat so..

*wipes eyes* Thanks, Ulv. You're too kind. ;)

In all reality, I've actually started several stories (two psychological horror stories, three fantasy stories, and one historical fiction story). But the lonely zebra story I made was the only one I ever finished (which was back in the second grade). Funny how I can maintain the TKaG in spite of that.

So I had an RP idea………

Image

You keep your faith, we have magic Uzi's
-United Human Forces General Hiro Yatwasouwa

A servant of the Gods? How novel. Most of the time nowadays, Gods serve Humans.
-Queen Repi of New California

The God Wars. Even today, mere mention of them causes a mix of revulsion, fear, and pride.

Nd how right it is to be prideful! Humanity won! We broke the power of Hell, killed the Overlord of Purgatory, and stormed the Pearly Gates of Heaven! We killed God, for Christssake! How the hell can you not be proud of that? The Human Race pulled our asses outta the mud, and we pulled so hard the Gods got scared! Now, it's time to enjoy the fruits of our labor!

- The Introduction to "The Rise of Man", by Zeth Slith.

Mankind did, indeed, pull our asses out of the mud. And straight up. And it all began in January 2038, after the Third World War had been over for 5 years. Since then, Man had advanced exponentially, with America and the newest Superpower, Mongolia, leading the way. But, no one saw this coming:

Scientific, undeniable, proof of a soul. This discovery rocked the world, and was seized upon by all sort of Churches and Religions as proof of their Gospel's correctness, which was why the next discovery nearly rocked the world in two:

Magic was real, and souls were the way to use it.

Armed with this knowledge, researchers found a way to track a soul leaving the body…… and watched it as it went to Hell. More tests proved that Heaven, Hell, and Purgatory were all real, and accessible from Earth. And then, it turned out that Jehovah wasn't so nice, and neither were the other Gods, so…… yeah. Mankind declared war on the Others, and won after storming the Pearly Gates of Heaven. The Wars were won, but at what cost to those living in the World After? That's up to you, who live in:

The Aftermath
