Infinite Justice has elements of both. And actual Ultron. Though no Gandalf, but wizards are a thing.

Also, how hard is it to type CoM instead of CotM? No one abbreviates The United States of America [TUSoA]. "The" isn't important enough, and it's easier to say when excluding it.
