Anyways I'm looking to create another RP right now so basically I just want to get some feedback as to what kind of existing genres u guys think are being overused and becoming more commonplace in NS P2TM currently and what types are being missed or are becoming more unique and less cliched then the rest.

Me, personally? Fantasy and science fiction. Never enough.

Fantasy is actually quite commonplace nowadays, if you really look at it.

Honestly, it seems to me that superhero RPs have become a lot less common in the past few years. When I first joined NS teen superheroes were everywhere.

I prefer things that are distanced from reality. Supernatural, sci-fi, fantasy RPG kinda stuff. I don't really look around the Multiverse for new RPs, I get recommended stuff.

To me, nations just aren't anywhere near as interesting as delving into the lives of individual characters. Besides, individuals are what gives a nation its value.

Anywho, I love fantasy, and am now getting into the scifi field with my newest RP. (Look in my sig and click the link for the Calonic Wars. I swear to god that you won't regret it.)

For the record, I'm kinda like Temp. What's the good of telling a story if it's just gonna be reality with magic. Plus, nation RP's are bad, as a rule. Too many charts. Also, I prefer Fantasy, over all else, unless I can invent my own science for the fiction. Mostly urban fantasy.

Nations can be interesting - just look at some of the (good) RPs over in II and NS. Those in P2TM tend to be... less interesting.

I'm not a bandwagon kinda guy, but yeah. Gotta give it to the character-oriented RP's for the reasons already stated. Sci-fi, Apoc, and Fantasy are my big three. AH, Crime and Military are the runner-ups.

Of course, I'm game for almost any good RP. I'm inclusive like that
