Now I think about it Arthur Weasly said in the fifth book that there was no cure for werewolf bites.

I can't seem to find where it was about the cure in early stages, but I did come across at least one useful bit about werewolves. If you were only attacked while it was human, you won't get turned.

He was partially infected, although he never transformed because he was not bitten at the full moon.Terintania wrote:There's also the fact that it's 30 years later, during which time, who knows, they may have developed a cure.
That is a good point. Thirty years before the series there was no treatment for werewolf bites at all. It would make sense that a cure or more effective treatment might be discovered.

Partially? So what? James grows a wolf tail and ears on the full moon/when he is very angry? XD

Beat them?
You're living in a world with magic and you want beat them with fists?

Yeah. My second character isn't all that good with magic, but she's very good with her fists. Besides, using magic is forbidden outside of classes, but physical combat? And she can beat them up so as to not leave any marks, too.

Using magic is forbidden outside, yes. I really forgot this.
