If we go that way I say the BoS has to heavily scale back it's investment in the West, travel and threats there would drain resources if they launched a major operation there. Additionally the BoS capital chapter would have to only be in the D.C. Area and maybe the Pitt with minimal expansion otherwise. But honestly, lets see if we can get a few more posts into this RP and see if we can't revitalize it, remember, it's pretty much been Me, You, Hank, Cainsland, Dernland and Ameige for the last 6-8 months, and look at how much we produced. Almost 16% of all of my posts are in this RP's OOC and IC.

Yeah BoS influence in the Mojave was excessive, so the Brotherhood of Steel in the Mojave would be a self-sustaining chapter whos high command is back East
