The NCR civil war. One where there are three sides (And two additional factions, the BoS and Shi). This Civil war has barely begun IC due to my lack of an ability to get involved in it.

I was un-aware that anyone else was involved in that, I started the war and I thought that everyone else was busy in the Mojave.

Ok so I posted something. My character does not inherently know that she is supposed to go to new vegas, and right now I cant imagine a good reason she would want to.
She doesnt gamble. At least not casino gambling anyways. And all the fun political stuff is over and done with.

So whatever is meant to happen, she will need to be told or a message sent to her. Either at the pawn shop where she buys radios and things, or at the quonset hut.

I was referring to the O'Neil situation. Not the Taliyn situation.

But that does remind me that I meant to post her finding a ufo in zion.
Really annoying that I forgot all about that after the discussion I had to get it approved.
She will have to go back there after the situation with D.C and find it.

I had big plans for it and then all the rushing to get zion done and over with made me forget all about it.

Sorry, I got distracted.

Basically here's what happened. In order to get to college I take a bus and then a train. While transferring from the bus to the train I walked by this lady. The lady grabbed me by my right wrist. After I removed my headphones she began pleading for food. She was Native American and had a bottle if alcohol in her coat pocket of that info helps. She told me her full name, that she was homeless and that she was starving to death. That really struck me because not only have I not had much in the line of serious interaction with the homeless, I've also not had had much in the line of serious interaction with the hungry and therefore thought that my city had little in the line of both. I suppose I was mistaken. Anyhow, I told her I had no money to spare but that I had my lunch on me for that day. I had to keep the plastic containers ( meatloaf and chicken inside) for future lunches and told her as such, but I told her she could have my grapes and crackers. She was overwhelmed with gratitude when I gave her the grapes and crackers in plastic ziplock bags. She thanked me a few times and gave me a rather long (probably 20 seconds) hug. After the hug I told her that I hope that helped and before I went down the escalator (I was on a raised platform) to get to my bus I saw the lady again on a bench in the terminal with someone I assume to be her boyfriend. Both looking quite sad and having the bottle of alcohol resting in between them.

The whole experience was quite a shock and very surprising to me for it to occur to me. Hopefully my explanation helped you guys understand my encounter with the homeless lady better.

I'm not sure. I think some of the others wanted to conclude their trips through Zion and big mountain before a reboot. Then I can get one up and running.

I'm currently unsure about Zion (though is like to see it), and big mountain being major scenes as the civil war seems to have a lot of tension and opportunity to work with.

I thought the rp canon was the enclave controlled it. Or are you referring to the game? I'm thinking your referring to the game. If so I suppose if no one is opposed I can do that and tweak things when I write the history in the reboot. As an example, perhaps after castor left a recount was called and the votes were slightly in favour of pro-independence instead of slightly in favour of pro-enclave and there-for made the east independent. As an independent the brotherhood stepped in to maintain the peace and became defacto rulers. Hows that?

I'd prefer the Reboot to take place when the Brotherhood still had troops in the Mojave
