My max will probably come soon. Teleportation although cool, is limited when it comes to branching powers.

We'll just up the tech level a bit I assume. The government will have gas or something to subdue powers, the DUP will have better guns for splitting thick skin and more power for pushing through shields and past strong wind and thick obstacles, maybe something like the helicarrier will come over the city and keep careful watch for any hint of conduit powers, and arc canons(is that right? I've been calling them canons but I feel it's wrong for some reason) will probably be widely distributed amongst the rapidly militarizing populace as the Patriot bodies start staking up and the guns are picked up by civilians off their corpses. These are all guesses of course, but I'll be hoping.

Teleportation is overpowered at the start but it doesn't compare to more diverse powers later on. Maybe though you can begin to teleport bigger and bigger objects.
