The main advantages I see in a flame tank is that it renders trench warfare practically impossible and can negate terrain benefits from forest/jungle/anything-that-can-burn.

Offer to sell the CSA flamethrowers, we'll decline and say can you put them in armoured vehicles with decent range and that can move at around 6 mph?

Chicago is indeed a creditor nation.
We tend to offer lax loans on almost all orders and don't really strive to collect interest. Like, we will get paid back, but we tend to think in decades not years. So there are lots of outstanding debts owed by Japan, CSA, NeSA, Columbia, Turkey/France, Pacific, etc, but take your time.

Also, since I get drowned in these requests I am making a declaration.

All domestic trade between Chicago and any other nation(unless expressly denied) is presumed to be going on. If you want Chicago Mining to build you a mine, presume a yes. If you want Fjord Automotive to make you cars, presume yes.

Military trade for rifles, artillery, and machine guns are also presumed yes for moderate amounts if you already purchased or are in good standing. TG me if you want to make a large order an Ill approve it.

Large scale orders and naval contracts are to be done normally.

What this means is the if Nation A wants 1,000 C-1 Rifles, they merely have to say they bought said rifles in an IC post, without placing the order.

Then someone will get the idea of mounting a gun to kill other flame tanks on the flame tanks instead of flamethrowers or give said gun to infantry.

Feel free. I will warn you OOCly, though, that the UP is considering signing an agreement with Britain over a non-aggression pact and possible defensive agreement against possible joint-rivals such as your own nation.

Should you break diplomatic relations entirely (like throw us out of our embassy or whatnot) I think it would be quite likely for us to consider a seizure of Singapore and, depending on how 'serious' your government seems to be, even an embargo or denial or services/trade/ect. We will then, too, render our side of the agreements we signed nul and order all your troops to exit our lands if they were stationed there, and - should war begin - seize all Japanese influences and businesses in regions such as Indonesia and Australia.

You should also be careful were you tred, if I may say so. Propaganda is a powerful tool, and we are more than willing to use it in order to rally up a massive Indonesian conscription to defend the Indonesian Provinces from foreign invasion. While, of course, some strands of Indonesians may rally to the Japanese for, y'know, whatever reason, a large amount - most likely large majority - would either stick by us or stay neutral in the affair. Considering that young adults are, typically, quite violent though, I'd assume many would conscript.
