To stop the reboot from being 'zactly like this one, except with different history, why not institute a rule saying people can't be the nation/region they were before? Calt switches to France, you switched to Britain, so on and so forth?

People seem to be getting attached to their previous nations.

And I think that they should be able to be the same country, perhaps. But like they have to be reasonable about it.

Keep in mind the climate of the two RPs is gonna be super different from one another. So transferring a country that you made up for this RP might not work in the next.
