The colonies not in Africa do to an extent. Basically we will have all these dominions and shit.

South Africa already has it, and the idea will spread throughout Africa and slowly there will be a movement for the colonies to become dominions. But that will take a while of course. The Colonial Governments won't treat them like total shit anymore, however.
