Did you ever learn about the Dutch Golden Age? Basically, ITTL, it continued. Like for a long time.

The Dutch signed a separate treaty with Boney, whereby the state became an actual Democracy and ceded Wallonia to France. While the rest of Europe fought, the Dutch colonized and shit. They never had to sell Ceylon, Nieuw Nederland (I know this was before Nap Wars but look I'm explaining this simply) or Guyana.
