The only thing I hate about your France is it completely removes the Dutch from becoming a global powerish, which they did achieve.

I also feel like between 1812ish-1920 France would have been cut down to size somehow.

I mean most of the Dutch Golden Age was way before the Napoleonic Wars, but whatever. Where one power doesn't rise, another does. Perhaps Denmark took the Netherlands' place? Perhaps the newly-independent Greece did? Perhaps Portugal became a power again? Taking the Dutch off the table actually increases the amount of possibilities.

I think perhaps each player should only be allowed to massively change up one continent (excluding Africa).

Yeah, I think I'll make a deal with some player who wants Louisiana.

With a start date of 1900 I thought it possible as a colony transitioning to Dominion, but I agree that with a 1920 start date I should either make it a dominion or sell it/give full independence.

I can discuss it with a possible player at this time, if they so wish.
