Good so they'll help form the Helm? Also, a NotSino-Russian split would be a good idea since the Helm is a defensive pact. It gives the "super powers" of the pact a reason to create a defensive pact with Nyaland and Arcas, who are also afraid of attack. Except maybe there shouldn't be "reconciliation" (RL scenario example: Nixon doesn't visit China or talk with them or USSR) or too much opening of diplomacy between Amcar and Zhouran/Belka, so they truly are a distinct third power

I can't speak for Belka, but Zhuoran is in in the alliance. Belka is not as active, I will ask him through a TG when he is online if he is interested

I know. But I meant sole countries rather than entire blocs. Amcar and the USSN are the only "country superpowers." But with the Helm bloc may become a "super-power" bloc because it looks like a lot of nations will be a part of it.

Also, we ALREADY HAVE TWO ESTABLISHED SUPERPOWERS. THERE SHALL NOT BE ANYMORE. But, I do understand the three of you had no way of knowing. But, because the current geopolitical scene is a cold-war between Amcar and the USSN, the two superpowers, every other nation is either part of the two superpower's respective blocs, or is part of the Helm (Bering will explain this) or is a "Free Nation" AKA not part of any blocs. But we already have two established superpowers.

The Helm (third bloc) may become a third superpower if a lot of countries join. But the only two countries who are superpowers in and of themselves are Amcar and the USSN.

That's only a small part of it. I have simply decided to be a libertarian version of Switzerland. I am basically giving the middle finger to all blocs and alliances.
