Sure. French is my mother-tongue, so that's far from being a bother. What would you suggest I Frenchify-- the language, the government, the culture..?

Language, mostly. Culture is really up to your discretion as you may be linguistically French but could be, I don't know, culturally Serbian or something.

As for minority cultures if you want any, you probably have a Dureran minority since they are French-French and a smaller Bellish minority simply because you probably share a large border with them.

OK, I'll get rid of all the German and leave it to phonetic French verbs, adjectives, and nouns, and phonetic English everything-in-betweens. I'll use the phonetic alphabet, too. Take, for instance, "Take, for instance, would be" would be "pʁɑ̃, fər ɪnstəns, sʁɛ".

Brief History:Long before Eordae was considered anything intelligible, the ancient Atlians suffered much. They went from one dictator to another as the rest of the planet grew and became powerful. Eventually, they were content with the evil of their overlords. There was a chip on their shoulder, an angry burning desire for revenge, that exploded when the Army of the Island collapsed. For long, anarchy was the rule of the law. Eventually, two young men emerged in late 1680 AE. They were intelligent and strong, good with weapons and technology. They were descendants of Arcasan missionaries, who had Arcanized the islands in language and culture. They were inspired by the war between the Krigsters and commoners. They followed through the culturally similar unclaimed islands off of Nephina, and fought bravely to save their nation from the nasty anarchists, who needed a bath anyways.
When the people were free from anarchy in early 1682, they elected a Democratic Republic system to prevent anarchy. The 2 men elected as leaders, were the uniters. The people ended up doing well in Virtual Tech, Weaponry, and Vehicles, and mass produced these. They took in raw minerals until they could open their mines. Their morals were shaped after not letting anarchy or dictatorship rule.
Extra: No political parties. Strong military that represents the people. Loving, caring populous. Term limits: for President and Head of State-1 6 year term...for Senate- 3 2 year terms... for House of Reps.- 2 3 year terms.

Would this work?

I have a question. Is the map mostly fixed, or is it quite prone to change by RP's?

For instance, let's say nation A and B go to war in an RP and nation A wins, will nation A get some of nation B land?

In capitalism, you pretty much have a 50/50 chance of being rich or poor. In communism, it's 1/99. What makes people think they have the luck/skill to become the 1% if they can't even succeed in a 50/50 society???

The present day map's borders are fixed. yes.

We currently do not have any present day RPs, nor are we planning any for the immediate future.

Sounds great. Could you explain the +/- 332 years thing, by the way?

Agreed, and at least five of those fifty seem to be Rhino related business (You know you're a real member of the RP when you get that joke)

We use a different calendar system that starts more or less with the fall of the Arcasan Empire/end of the Yndesen era which happened around 332 AD. Therefore if you want to convert then subtract 332 from the Georgian calendar to get the AE year and add 332 to the AE calendar to get the AD year. It's mostly used for tech comparisons and such.

That makes sense. So I take it 2014 AD is 1682 AE, and 2014 AE would be 2346 AD? Sounds alright.

Mind if I ask whether or not the Federalis Respublika may yet find itself among the others of Eordae?

Yup, though the Year starts on March 1st. So there is a little cross over.

I see no problem with the app. You should be good to go.

Yes, quite right. Very recently, too. I'd say around 1382 AE, or 1714 AD. Mind giving me a little run down of the situation around the world then? Or, perhaps, where I could find the resources to that?

A lot of players don't quite have their history fully sorted out of that period. But Durera and Belreich recently lost a war where they lost a great deal of land, so if you want to be a result of that and made from parts of both then feel free to.

How would you feel about being landlocked? I am just curious because I was thinking of having your nation be South of Durera and East of Belreich as a shared border or something?
