Beijing Capital International Airport- Diplomatic Wing

It was quite chilly that day, but would be even more frigid if global warming didn't play its part in heating up the world. President Xi Jinping had received a memo stating that the President of the Azteca Republic, Montezuma II (or was it I?), is paying a nice visit to Beijing to meet with the Xi-Li administration to discuss ways that bilateral ties can be better fostered. Of course, President Xi was busy with the preparations of an upcoming meeting with Prime Minister Itsuki Koizumi of Japan, so he had requested his Premier Li Keqiang to attend to Montezuma instead. The Premier, who focused mostly on domestic matters, was surprised by the request but nevertheless agreed, hoping to increase his contacts with high-ranking officials of other countries.

And so Premier Li Keqiang stood near the tarmac that day, patiently waiting for the Azteca diplomatic plane to land and the Azteca President to be received wholeheartedly. Shivering from the cold, Premier Li adjusted his expensive coat and breathed heavily, while his bodyguards and fellow delegates paced silently.

The President was at State House preparing to meet with 40 Heads of States. Africa had become a growing economic power which would make sure that it would allow greater economic intregation of all the economies in Africa. Nairobi had become an regional hub in all of Africa with infastructure projects all around the city. Now it was time to show what Nairobi was. He was proud of himself, proud that he was a leader of a regional power in Africa and he would show it to Africa.

Hello delegates, friends, heads of states and most importantly, MY African brothers and sisters. We have witnessed a decade of robust growth, greater economic intregation with the reforming of the African Development Bank and the creation of the African Monetary Fund(they are actually creating this). Our economies are among the fastest growing in the world, our Union stronger than ever and we have witnessed ethnic lines reduce in what the world used to percieve as the most unstable places. In this last decade, we witnessed the Democratic Republic of Congo no longer have the M23 movement as they signed a treaty in this very capital, we witnessed the removal of Josheph Kony(his health is repoted to be bad so he may die,Idk) and we have witnessed security in Africa increase. Poverty has been reduced, the quality of education and infrastructure has increased and we are growing to become an economic power . I applaud the African leaders who have lead the fight toward corruption as it is important that we develop effective anti-corruption policies to fight corrupt officials within our respective governments. Despite this important milestones and accomplishments, we still have a long road ahead of us. Health still remains a problem and institutions need to be reformed in order to create stable structures for them to perform exeptionally. HIV/AIDS and Malaria continues to be alarge problem and distribution of malaria nets should happen within the population in order to effectively fight this disease. We must work together and that is why I believe it would be greater if we worked together with an African Federation. Ethnic divisions are a problem but they aren't that large as they were 10 years ago. I ask my African brothers to come and become a Federation. I also call ffor the creating of an African Health Development Fund in order to effectively utulize financial resources toward the building of health infrastructure across the continent.

The room then was filled with applause. Of course Paul couldn't be sure if they were fake or not but he didn't really care, he had accomplished his mission. Paul Mtumbe then went to a military base and so the his new vehicle. It was a mine-protected APC. He didn't expect a tank of course so he was happy with this development. The public was given the news a few days later.

EAST AFRICAN NEWS

The President has announced the first ever mine protected APC for East Africa. This allows as to join nations like South Africa in the production of what a military official called the Simba K-1. The President called this a great step toward industrialization and self-sufficieny and plans have been drafted to construct at least 2 factories that will make this.

UN GENERAL MEETING

The Ambassador of the EAF went to address the problem which was a lot of African's head of states' minds, the Europaen colonization of Africa. he had been instructed by the President to voice out his concerns. The President knew that the reason why he decided to develop the Simba K-1 is because of European attacks at Africa.

Europe once colonized this great continent for illigemate purposes and we strongly condemn the nations that have colonized Africa and set up what we believe are colonial bases that work to bring Africa back to the European grasp. We ask that the European nations stop this agression and accept international obligations that which this nations are obliged to. /i]

The Azteca Republic

TAR-MAC, Beijing International Aiport, PRC

President Montezuma( was Montezuma III but Its just Montezuma now) arrived at the airport. His plane gently made contact with the TAR-MAC. He looked out the window, the weather didn't look pleasant but he didn't let that get in the way of his affairs. He had seen the Chinese delegation patiently waiting in the cold, but what caught his attention was the absence of President Xi Jinping. His plane stopped, he ran his fingers through his comb over hair, one of his delegates he brought along fixed his tie and smiled. The 25 Presidential Guards gathered their gear and rifles lining up in front of Montezuma. His Security Service Agents cocked their pistols and readjusted their ear pieces. The delegation gave compliments to Montezuma and he cleared his throat while nodding, the hatch opened.

First the Presidential Guard went down furiously, securing the perimeter which frightened some in he Chinese delegation. Then some of the delegation staff went down, finally Montezuma showed his face. He saved and smiled, the flashes from the media began to take pictures aggressively. He made his way down smiling and waving, he met the Prime Minister whom shook his hand. Montezuma asked;
Its a bit chilly I might say. If I may ask where is Mr. Jinping? The Security Service Agents surrounded President Montezuma, looking around at the crowd with their shades on. Two agents stood at Montezuma's left and right side staring at the Chinese Prime Minister through their shades emotionless.

Premier Li Keqiang shakes Montezuma's hand firmly and spoke, "Welcome to China. I must sincerely apologize for the weather, and I hope our relations don't get this cold. As for President Xi, I must admit that he is currently preoccupied with other matters to the unfortunate extent that he could not meet with you currently. That is why, as the Premier of China, bestowed with full Presidential authority, I hope to be able to discuss growing bilateral ties between our two rising powers."

The Premier points to a line of limousines parked behind the Chinese delegation and spoke, "These vehicles will transport both of our delegations to our meeting location for further discussions, which is only a 5-10 minute drive away. If you need any special accommodations, please feel free to notify the attendants. I hope to see you at the meeting place very soon." Nodding once, members of the Chinese delegation began to welcome members of the Azteca delegation wholeheartedly, with flowers and gifts being exchanged. After hearing a Chinese marching band play both the Azteca and Chinese national anthems, both delegations entered their vehicles and made their way to the meeting location, which was situated within a sleek, modern building designed by a well-renowned Pakistani architect a few years ago.

From there, the delegates promptly left their vehicles and entered the building, where they were directed by assistants towards the meeting room. A few more camera flashes shone the room in white light before the meeting room was closed tightly, the much-awaited talks to begin.

President Montezuma was a bit disappointed that President Xi couldn't make it. He shrugged it off anyways and entered the Limousine motorcade. They arrived at the impressive architectural building. They entered the main lobby with dozens of press asking questions and taking pictures. Montezuma and his entourage just smiled and waived. The delegation was very impressed by the Chinese invitation ceremony. They were very impressed that the band took the time to learn the Aztec National Anthem. Montezuma was lead into a Conference room with his delegation by Premier Kiqiang. Montezuma sat down his delegation followed, soon the doors were shut and talks began.

Let me start by saying Mr. Kiqiang that your country is very hospitable and despite the weather is very beautiful and full of culture. But now pleasantries aside, lets get down to business shall we. Montezuma chuckles a bit and then sips some water. Now I know that our relation has been a bit rocky since we both compete for the US market but I believe that if we improve our markets we can trade with each other rather than compete. I have raw materials that your country needs you have industrial items I need to assemble to export to other countries. I'm prepared to sell you oil 15% below market price if your are willing to eliminate tariffs. I will do the same to any goods you ship to my country.

The President then sat there hearing the news updates within the world. It seems as if the Uruguay had achieved a great economic achievement hitting 2 trillion USD. This of course motivitated the President as he wanted to make the EAF a greater superpower. The East African President believed in foreign investment to help the economy so he ordered legislators to pass 1 new bills that would be achieved by increasing foreign investment in the country.

Foreign Direct Investment Act
-Allows Foreign Investors to create private projects with collebaration with an East African Firm
-Allows Foreign Investors to participate in public projects with the government
-Allows Foreign Investors to participate R&I within the country with collebaration with an East African State or Private Firm
-Allows for foreign companies to participate in exploration of natural projects with collebaration with the government

He believed that this 1 act could benefit East Africa and Foreign Investors. Paul then went to Parliament to see if they would pass the bill. It was passed with some opposition although that didn't worry him. The only thing he wanted was to make his country stronger economically. Paul then ordered for the East African Scientific Institute to regulate and conduct reaserch within the countries with each countries's respective reaserch institutions.

With Operation Archangel, the movement to seize all Hark Co. facilities in Germany, started, Chancellor Becker was tired and could not go as soon as possible on his flight to the AEGIS conference in Portland, but now that Archangel was finished, he could go to the Conference. He got in his car that would take him to the Airport and then to Portland. The sights and scenery of Berlin was beautiful, apart from the Bundespolizei units outside the former RealMeal restaurants in the city. Finally, he arrived at the airport and got in his plane.

Japanese Air Force Once hit the tarmac of Beijing Capital International at around six in the evening. The 747 with red and white livery had flown directly from Narita, escorted by two of the new stealth F-3 Shinden IIs that split off as soon as they came within meters of Chinese airspace- every much a security measure as an air show to demonstrate the stealth capabilities of the JASDF. The aircraft was moved to a stand where a small crowd of reporters from Japanese, Chinese and other regional news agencies were already gathered, held back by what looked like PLA MPs or local policemen. En route to Beijing, it had been made apparent that Montezuma II of the Azteca Republic had arrived on an official visit early that day, occupying Premier Li Keqiang, thus meaning the Prime Minister would only be able to meet Xi Jinping. Such a complication was hardly welcome, but it was decided to go on with the visit anyway.

An air stair truck pulled up to the plane's forward door and a security agent with a concealed gun stepped out of the aircraft. Four security agents followed shortly after, forming a perimeter around the foot of the stairs.

Finally, the Japanese Prime Minister, Itsuki Koizumi, stepped out of the door, noting the chilly weather calmly. Unlike several of the preceding Japanese PMs ahead of him, the LDP leader was still quite young for his position- only 39- and could still be seriously considered to be 'handsome'. Oily black hair was swept towards the right, though even the Prime Minister was not safe from receding hairlines and his forehead was clearly visible. He wore a simple black business suit. Flashing the crowd that bright, winning smile that had won the hearts of many a naive female voter fours years ago and a second time last year, the man waved to the reporters and began descending the steps, followed by an assistant, another guard and then several other diplomats and secretaries.

Reaching the bottom of the steps, he calmly and coolly strode through the crowd, the team of guards keeping the surrounding reporters away roughly. Taller than most other Japanese, Koizumi walked with his back straight and his expression content, refusing to show any hint of negativity on such an important meeting.

Tanks and armoured personnel carriers rolled along the quiet roads of rural southern Israel, their destination the string of staging posts that were springing up in the vicinity of the Gaza strip border fence. The selected troops were a part of the regular forces rather than the conscripts which at any given time made up a sizeable portion of the army.
