You should read about Kenya's Vision 2030 and Rwanda's Vision 2020 before making decisions on. Also Rwanda, Uganda authors I think it's Uganda and Tanzania or possibly the latter are one the fastest growing economies in the world.

That's still ridiculous. Just no.

I do admit however that I may have went overboard in some things but I dispute me not allowing to have military agencies on high alert considering that colonialists are coming to Africa.

The real-world U.S. under real-world circumstances...yes, I would agree that's probably true. But never is a word that doesn't have a solid place in alternate histories. Given that our RP world of 2020 bears only a passing resemblance to the real world in which NATO and its history makes sense, its not unreasonable to presume NATO might bear a similar lack of resemblance. In which case, a new alliance does make sense.

Genocide does limit it because it reduces population and it requires resources to carry out. The source was the 2020 Rwanda thing. Hasn't gone that way yet and has only gone to about 18% or something.

For those nations invited (if you're not sure who they are, I refer you to the IC post at the bottom of page 2), the AEGIS conference is ready to commence. And by that, I mean the IC page is up.

Right here. :)

Uganda has the potential for feeding all of Africa. Rwanda has significantly changed from the genocide.

Chronic political instability and erratic economic management since self-rule has produced a record of persistent economic decline that has left Uganda among the world's poorest and least-developed countries.

And still aren't making much money. Look, your country would be piss poor compared to everyone else's unfortunately, so let's be realistic here and get that out. Second, you won't have a huge military unless they are all slaves. Now, are we going to be realistic or should I just wait till the OP gets here?

Cymrea, would you like Japanese UN Representative Shigeru Iwada to respond in the IC or go straight to the AEGIS IC?

Also, I am about to post about the Olympics preparations in Tokyo. Please do not see this as a metagame after the India player somehow claimed the Olympic Host City- I kindly wish for Tokyo 2020 to remain as it is.

It looks like folks are posting something that includes their intent to attend the conference in the IC. I think we can make the first posts in the AEGIS IC be about your delegates arriving at PDX or Timberline Lodge. :)

I have the 11th largest population in the world. I also think you are strongly underestimating East Africa. Have you seen Rwanda this days? It's economy is undergoing rapid reform.

I was thinking of trying to creature an East Med. cooperative zone between Ottomans, Israel, Jordan and Greece. What do you think?

Based on Vak's response to your initial question, I think you could repost your old app and just add anything significant you've done in the last four years. :)

Just asking, will there be severe opposition to the development of a twin-cannoned tank?

Sounds cool, but just like the Airships, not really practical.

Shooting both at once would require they're both lined up and sighted in, which isnt very practical, and with the spread in that picture they can very by a few feet to even 10 yards+ at range, and shooting one after the other is stupid because A) automatic loading mechanisms make loading in under 10 seconds and B) the dust kicked up from a shot would make it practically impossible to aim the second cannon into it settles, by which the 1st cannon will be loaded.

I don't have any real objections, just I don't see it as really being practical.

Personally, I would say that I'm not opposed to it. But I would be interested to know:

Is it just really big? Because as big as tanks are now, there's not a ton of room for the ammunition and loading. And if it's that much bigger, is it still viable with such a large silhouette?

And at what would you be firing that needed two simultaneous hits from a tank's main gun?! :p

Aaaaaand ninja'd. I'm hiring Hobbes' typist.
