We're planing for independence but after a initial campaign to regain Vojvodina we will agree to negotiations. But depending of how things will workout we may pacify or continue fighting. Based on the language of the new leader this may be a pretty drawn out conflict.

The way I understood it, Yugoslavia has been couped a pro-Serb government which wishes for a Great Serbia, but has limited control beyond the borders of Serbia as a constituency itself.

So, it might take some time for the new govenrment to take full grip and use the full power of the Yugoslav Army.

True, I'll probably post something later tonight to just get the Civilian a Guard of Vojvodina and the provisional government of the Republic of Vojvodina set up.

I have personally surrounded/attack most JNA barracks in Croatia, similar to the RL battle.

I also expect from the OP, that he will allow me to state that a number of Croatians have defected from the JNA. It would only be realistic for the ethinicities to defect from the army after their country has declared indepedence.

Yes, but they have their own regional army within the JNA.

As far as I know not many of the republics are independent yet. It is only 1991 after all.
