The people of Kosovo are against any war, so I will pay any amount of money to keep war out. But if some country shows aggression I will show no hesitation to attack.

As far as I know not many of the republics are independent yet. It is only 1991 after all.

Of and by the way could we add the Civilian Guard of Vojvodina/Цивил Стражар од Војводина/Civil Stražar od Vojvodina to the list of Paramilitaries? Not going to use them right away and why character will try diplomacy but seeing as Junche has tied the hands of my nation I think military action will need to come first.

Looks more like he's asking for help for an IC issue in the OOC, not that uncommon.

Yes, but he hasn't done anything in the IC so I suspect he thinks that OOC and IC go in the same place, not to judge him or anything.

Eh people do that they are active in the OOC for a long time before they post. Helps give them a sense of what's going in and what's to happen and to build up alliances.

We're planing for independence but after a initial campaign to regain Vojvodina we will agree to negotiations. But depending of how things will workout we may pacify or continue fighting. Based on the language of the new leader this may be a pretty drawn out conflict.

The way I understood it, Yugoslavia has been couped a pro-Serb government which wishes for a Great Serbia, but has limited control beyond the borders of Serbia as a constituency itself.

So, it might take some time for the new govenrment to take full grip and use the full power of the Yugoslav Army.
