In the Federation of Baltic States, he has his population at 30 Million and his military at 420 million. Most likely he meant 420,000, not 420,000,000.

The war is over for me. I do not recognize your nations, I was never at war with you. Besides, no military action has happened and won't happen.

You were for a very brief time. And while yes no military action will be taken from here on out there was still that one bombing. The war cant be over for you if we are still at war ICly. Same goes for the rest of the NAU. If you want the fighting to end sign the damn treaty. Nothing will change except what we have already agreed upon which is Canada. And the narrow strip of airspace to Philly.
