The NAE contolled Balkan territory will be a mostly demilitarized area, the only part of NAE military will be the MPD (militarized police division). Also the Balkan Union citizens can have free travel and the Balkan Union can have free trade with the NAE- Balkan territory.

In it, my country will propose that Europe should avoid being in alliances with non-European nations. My country is kind of isolationist, but this kind of policy would avoid global war.

Can a raise the question of how Northern Arcadian Empire got accepted? His population is bloated and his military is 17% of his population. Modern day Germany has a population of 81.89 million. After an outbreak, the population would be around 40 million and that's for all of Germany, not just in the South. 170 million is way over the mark. The population is supposed to go down after an outbreak, not multiply. Also, having 17% of your citizens in the military is completely outrageous. At most, nations should only have 5% in the army. I'm going to review other apps to see if anything else slipped through...
