I dont think he meant the unification of America . . That would be impossible.

I meant reforging the United Nations. But i was watching history channel an they said United States a lot so i gess I accidently typed it. But when I saw it, Japan had already commented on it so i couldnt change it.

If anyone was wondering why NYC and LA are heavily infected and were nuked directly and why the virus spread, then here it is.

L.A and NYC had 2 large military bunkers built under them by the military to test bioweapons and the lab in NYC suddenly went offline, but the Command Office near the entrance was transmitting still. So the military went in and extracted the "survivors" who were infected. The virus was still young and hadn't mutated yet so it took longer to fully infect, when they got to L.A they finally turned infecting the L.A base. The doors to the bunkers were opened in NYC since survivors were being moved to hospitals and NYC fell to the infection as the infection grew stronger. While in L.A, military scientists who were infected knew what was coming and tried to escape on planes going to all corners of the world. But they turned while on the planes and infected the entire plane.
But by then, NYC was full of zed and L.A was soon to succumb to the virus. Nobody noticed that the U.S military was locking down L.A like they were in NYC. When the situation had finally became uncontrolable, they nuked the cities hoping that they would kill the entire zed population, and destroy the labs. But that was the start. The planes that were carrying the infected scientists arrived in 8 Airports across the word, one on each continent. One in Rio De Janerio, Paris, Cairo, Beijing, Chicago, Perth, Moscow and London. This caused the virus to become unstable and uncontrolable in the unsuspecting cities and resulted in a major global outbreak of the virus.

The NAE contolled Balkan territory will be a mostly demilitarized area, the only part of NAE military will be the MPD (militarized police division). Also the Balkan Union citizens can have free travel and the Balkan Union can have free trade with the NAE- Balkan territory.

Technically, I could invade that too
