He's proven to be a decent enough ruler, though trying to get a Godwin named as heir to the throne is quite difficult.

Prince Oberon is the son of Gyrth, currently the heir to Navarra. He's the ideal heir, though I unfortunately had to back Leofwine Godwin's claim because there was no support for Oberon. He's actually being tutored by Leofwine, who is quite masterful at intrigue.

His other son (there was no Henry in this world, sadly) William Rufus was quite jealous at not getting anything. So there was a huge civil war in Normandy. Richard and his daughter were both imprisoned and executed by William, who crowned himself as the Duke of Normandy. William's cruelty would end at the hands of Philippe, who would have him executed for a relatively small revolt.

Normandy is pretty much in ruins, with Richard's son being the puppet of a regent loyal to Philippe.

Pope Felix IV is his vassal and steward, making him in control of the Papacy as well. The new Crusader kingdom in Jerusalem is ruled by his vassal as well. The HRE also appears to be much more centralised, which is kind of frightening.

House Capet is the ruling family of France. Philippe the Great has seen many revolts and even more wars. I'm actually surprised France held together instead of fracturing into many small kingdoms and duchies. I'm convinced that Philippe more or less kept his kingdom together by himself.

The Fatimids are a huge threat to Europe, so I'd say that they count. They already own Sardinia and Sicily and have begun a jihad to retake Jerusalem. I'm terrified of them.

The Komnenos family are the rulers of the Byzantine Empire, which is not doing well; though not because of Muslims or Catholics, mostly just revolts.
