There's no real "default" angelic accent in English. I'd say that Mid-Atlantic might be spoken throughout Heavensgate now though.

Though Mid-Atlantic may be regaining popularity in the EH world in general. I think, in hindsight, most Elfen Highers might end up speaking something like that after a few years.
