Hello, Germany. We wish to purchase 40 Leopard 2A5s, as part of a modernization of Brazil. Along with this, we would like the ability to reproduce these.

Dilma Rousseff sat in her chair, thinking to herself. Argentina was slightly larger in terms of blue water naval power. However, the Brazilian GDP was still twice that of the Argentinans, and was liable to grow more distant, as Brazil racks in money from the world cup and the olympics. All known drug lords had been chased into Uraguay and Argentina, and Brazil kept tanks an the Argentinan border. This was to deter any Argentinan attack. Dilma only hoped that Argentina would not break the NPT... but she was beginning to be unsure.

You can have the equipment. That in total will cost 300 million dollars, thank you.

General Stauffburg walked into Chancellor Becker's office, once again, two days after the Reclamation of New Swabia. "Stauffburg, what do you want now!?" "Chancellor, we have mapped out and claimed all of New Swabia. Our troops have also built medium-sized underground settlements for the people that live there." "What's the problem, then?" "We don't have inhabitants except the troops." "I see. That is a problem. I shall try to stir up excitement for the Colony, all right?" "Okay, sir." Stauffburg left the Chancellor's office, and Becker went to get people for the Colony.

5 hours later
Berlin Airports

Becker stood with Stauffburg, and looked at the swarms of people, 30,000 exact, that clamored onto cargo planes and commercial planes heading for New Swabia. "Remember this moment, Becker. This was the moment when the Colony of New Swabia came into life and being." "I shall, General Stauffburg. I shall."

New Bangkok, kingdom of Siam
King Ubon Kulap sat in his throne in the royal palace. He had fought many wars, including the war against French Vietnam and the Siamese civil war. Now, he was dying of old age. He was 73 years old, and was expected to die within the year. His son was getting prepared to become King, as he was next in line for royalty.

To: Republic of Vietnam
I hope to establish relations with your nation before I pass. Our nations have a severely long border, and bad relations between us could make life a living hell. We offer a military alliance and economy trade between our 2 nations. We also hope for an unrestricted travel agreement between our 2 nations. This agreement would bring money to both of our nations.
Signed, King Ubon Kulap, of The kingdom of Siam.

Office of the Prime Minister of the State of Israel

I would like to personally request that discussions between the New Ottoman Republic and the State of Israel be opened on the matter of regional security vis-a-vis the unsettled dispute with Gaza and rights of access over in regards the West Bank Protectorate.

First in regards to Gaza the blockade remains in force as it still presents a significant security threat to our citizens. We desire to begin a process of de-escalation and have done for some time. Unfortunately unilateral withdrawal from the territory merely allowed extremists embodied in the organisation Hamas to seize control since which Israel has been subjected to indiscriminate rocket attacks.

While we would ultimately hope to lift the blockade the reality is that this is not yet possible, a state of war exists between Hamas and Israel a state which Hamas shows no inclination to bring to an end and as such under international law the blockade is one of the few, effective, legal means at our disposal to limit the flow of war materials to our enemies.

That being said we hope that the NOR would consider allowing the migration of Gazans who express a desire to do so to the West Bank. We feel that this relaxation of the restrictions currently in place on the free movement of people is a positive step in the right direction and yet another expression of our sincere desire for a just and lasting peace.

Second as regards the West Bank, Israel wishes to negotiate our rights of access, specifically our rights to utilise the airspace. You cannot have failed to recognise that given the small size of Israel and the geography of the region that for Israel to remain a viable defensible state it must have the ability to engage potential hostile forces before they reach our border close to which our capital resides. This requires that we have full access to the airspace over the West Bank.

As a matter of courtesy and in the pursuit of good relations with you our good neighbour we believe it right to discuss such arrangements, however let it be made clear that due to the fact that any war Israel is defending in is existential in nature we will never allow ourselves to be put in an unviable strategic position when it comes to defence.

Regards,

Binyamin Netanyahu

International Space Station of France

The ISSF was a newly built, large space station by France's space agency. Along with the ISSF, France plans to launch mule-purpose satellites into orbits. These include: Observing, Spying, Communication, Connection, or even Kinetic Bombardment, as France looks forward for military uses too.
Currently the ISSF is used for research and operations, only time will tell what France has in store for Space. Funding towards building the ISSF was French money, but the tech used in it is mostly American.

The French navy as begun production of a super carrier. With the massive project coming under its way, France hopes that naval dominance will be a bit more in favor in France. Not to stay behind, as other nations improve technology, size and strength.

Adélie Land, Antarctica

The French continued their mission, building research centers, underground laboratories, buildings such as hospitals and more. The funding towards the project has increased, leading to a sponsor of civilians moving into the area. Since only so many people want to live in a frozen wasteland, France has to modernize the area, and target certain groups of civilians to advertise. But the planes won't be moving there soon, even so, the advertisement is extremely, extremely minimal.

Message from President Santiago
To: President Barrack Obama
Hello, In recent areas of the Military budget, we are unable too produce enough tanks too meet this years quota, so I personally request that you give us 50 Abrams Tanks for usage in our military. The reason for such a number is because we fear an invasion by our northern neighbor Brazil, and we need too defend ourselves with one of the most advanced fighting vehicles in the world. With estimations I expect this too cost about 310,000,000 and we are willing too pay that much for them, we will also pay for the shipping and handling of the fine vehicles.
Thank you for your time, and we hope you consider the offer.

We are absolutely delighted by your acceptance of the offer to engage in peaceful negotiations with us. Whenever you are ready, please feel free to travel to Beijing Capital International Airport, where a diplomatic escort will be available to take your delegation to the site of the talks. To: Pakistan

We would like to thank you for permitting our firms to continue the expansion of the Gwadar Port project, as this will certainly benefit your citizens with jobs and revenue. If this is not a problem, we would also like to inquire about any military and terrorist threats, both internal and foreign, faced by Pakistan at this time and their magnitude. Specifically, we also request Pakistan's position on the Jammu/Kashmir dispute as well. This intelligence collected will provide our companies with a better understanding of the current situation in your country as they pursue more collaborative projects with their Pakistani counterparts. We thank you for your cooperation, and long live China-Pakistan friendship.

To: Korea
From: China

Previously, our administration wrote to your excellency to affirm our sincere intentions of working with you to devise a peaceful resolution to the current territorial disputes faced by both countries in our region, and we cordially invited you to participate in talks hosted in Beijing with regards to the current situation at hand. To: Greater Arab Republic
From: China

As a fellow Asian sovereign state, we write to your excellency to affirm our sincere intentions of improving bilateral relations between our two countries. Past differences have once kept us apart in terms of cordial interactions and cooperation, but we believe that now is time to start anew. As a result, we would like to secure an oil and gas deal with your administration, in which the petroleum companies operating within your country would supply 40 billion cubic meters of oil and gas each year to China National Petroleum Corp (CNPC). Furthermore, we offer to pay $40 billion for 5 years of such supply, in which this deal is potentially renewable by us. Please respond to this message with a confirmation of whether you are willing to agree to this agreement or not. In addition, if you are interested in purchasing effective multirole fighters to supplement your nation's Air Force, we have the PAC JF-17 Thunder available for purchase at a cost of $20 million per unit. Please consider these deals as a sign of our growing bilateral relations, and may Greater Arab Republic witness peace and prosperity for the foreseeable future.

RUSSIAN MILITARY APARTMENT

As agreed, The General slowly forked through designs in the cabinets, looking for the AEK, hopefully he could find it "AH HAH!" Pulling up the large file on the weapons, he placed in n the large manilla envelope. Handing it to a secretary as he walked out he quickly told her " Send this to Germany, they wanted it and offered to pay a little money for it. Anyway we have an order of Weapons coming from them soon once we send the money, let me get that to while I'm at it." He hurried back to his office. Grabbing at another folder on his desk. it read :

From : Russian Military Department
To : German Military Department

Enclosed in this envelope is the blueprints for the AEK, along with an order for 35,000 Xm8's to be payed for upon delivery. Payment will be of 50,000 Euro's.

Sincerely,
General Ivan Pavlov

Scandinavian Union
"When there is no enemy within, the enemies outside cannot hurt you"

Oslo, Norway

Prime Minister Viviane Folstad couldn't believe her ears when her representative at the UN urgently called her to advise of the unexpected Hellenic resolution. She was relieved to also hear that many other states had dismissed the resolution as beyond the scope of the UN. She agreed with this, but decided it best to quell the anxieties of the world if there were any and requested the Lithuanian and Latvian Prime Ministers to fly to the UN to assure the General Assembly there was no foul play. However, it was extremely unsettling that the Hellenic would resort to such measures and worse yet that Germany would support it. For this reason, Scandinavia would have to look for allies beyond her neighbours which apparently held no goodwill towards the Union.

After she had finished talking with the UN representative, she decided it would be best if the military was placed on heightened alert. The motives of Germany were uncertain because of this, and if they were interested in the Baltic countries on their borders, it would be best to secure them. After a few hours of advising and signing deployment authorizations, her aide came into the office.

"Prime Minister, news of the UN resolution has not been taken well by the people and they are currently marching on the Hellenic and German embassies. So far there are less than a hundred, but their ranks are swelling"

The Prime Minister steepled her hands as she thought about it. The resolution sure had struck a chord with the people who held unity paramount. She did not disagree with them, but Scandinavia had duties to protect foreign embassies. She began to instruct her aide.

"Have the local authorities maintain a cordon around both embassies with whatever non-lethal gear they have. Bring in the federal counter-terrorism unit to standby in case something happens. Let our people protest, but do not let them harm the embassies. Summon the German and Hellenic ambassadors to the foreign ministry as soon as the protests disperse to explain themselves."

The aide acknowledged and departed to implement the Prime Ministers instructions.

Brazil to test new weapons to replace current military status.

The Brazilian Government has allowed a test between German Rifle HK-416, and the current weapon of Brazil. This is the first step of a modernization effort, using money from the Olympics and the World Cup to pay for it.

Brazilian Forces hold a nationalism parade in Rio, marching down forces of Brazil, Venezuela, Uraguay, and other South American countries. However, Argentinan forces were not invited. Many people are begin speculation that Brazil and Argentina are rapidly splitting apart. The government has not responded to the rumour.

Pakistan faces at the moment little to no threats from any internal or foreign force. The only threat your companies will have to worry about is the threat India possesses as the dispute over Kashmir has never been solved. Our position on the Kashmir issue is very clear, Kashmir rightfully belongs to Pakistan not because we deserve it but because large portions of the population is Muslim and should be living under a Muslim government, and because the people are tired of living under Indian administration. We hope this information helps your companies and long live China-Pakistan friendship.

When the letter came, the General in charge of the project to turn the AEK into a modern, available for export weapon, General Helmut Rudolf, was excited. He immediately ordered for the plans to be copied onto other papers and given to the Arms Manufacturing factories to be modified into a modern, 21st century weapon. The Ministry of Defense, later that day, sent the 35,000 XM8s to the Russian Army as per their order. The Ministry of Defense was interested at the Eurocopter EC-635, manufactured by the Eurocopter Group, and ordered 200 to be implemented into service with the Heer, Marine, and Luftwaffe.

As of Today, the Greeks have forced a Referendum on Macedonia to make absolute sure it's citizens do not want to join Greece. So far, 68% of the population has voted, and out of those, 30% said yes. Greek forces are being kept at the border until the Referendum is finished. Karolos Papoulias has expressed his utmost interest in reaching a compromise. So far, the most Pro-Greek voters are in South Western Macedonia. Macedonians who are heading back over the Border to vote are being stopped by the sheer amount of Greek Military forces there. In the meantime, a Major Battle has been fought between Greek Forces and Communist Guerrillas, with the Greek forces eventually winning. The total dead from the battle is estimated to be 1,200, 700 of them Communist. Remaining Communist Forces are retreating further and further into Greek Thrace.

Argentina Deploys Troops Against The Northern Drug Cartels

Postby Zerinfriom » Tue Jul 01, 2014 6:30 pm

Fighting has already broken out in northern Argentina as several Infantry Platoons have begun their assault on many Drug Compounds in the north. president Santiago has denounced Brazil for simply chasing it's problem away too another country, and not solving it for good. President Santiago had this too say at his weekly press conference.

"My fellow brothers, and sisters we have been unofficially assaulted by the Brazilians, instead of stomping the bug of that is the vile Drug Cartels they have simply swatted it like a fly, and that fly landed on our sandwich, there is blood being spilled in the north, Argentinian, and Chilean blood, and Brazil claims none of it. Our military may be handling the situation, but Brazil's problem is now our problem, and we will solve it."

Currently there has been several civilian deaths as the Drug Cartels takes, and executes hostages, and several troops have been wounded, or killed. The military is expecting too make great progress on the Cartel incursions in due time, but all citizens in the Northern states are told too be on high alert.

Madrid, United Republic of Iberia

"The assault force is ready and awaiting your order to attack and reclaim Gibraltar and Andorra, sir!" Rodrigo Barcelona said, saluting to President Brey, as the Iberian President leaned against the railing on a building while crowd gathered below."Good, good, commence assault on Andorra ASAP. I want Andorra captured by the end of the week. For now that is all, Barcelona," Brey said, waving Barcelona away, "I have a speech to give." "But Sir, the Northern Line isn't ready!" Barcelona insisted. "I don't care, Barcelona, I'm in charge. Now, commence assault on Andorra, now!" Brey said , his voice demanding obedience. "Yes, sir," Barcelona responded, clearly displeased, and with that, Rodrigo Barcelona walked away, towards the door.

Brey stepped behind the podium, complete with a microphone. His speech, no doubt, would quite probably be broadcasted all over the world.
"Ladies and Gentlemen of Iberia, as you probably all know, a part of our sovereign territory is being occupied by Foreign Forces. I am, of course, referring to Gibraltar, which the UK continues to occupy despite us insisting they return it! The Iberian Parliament has decided that no more should the UK hold on to our territory!" Brey said, waving his fist in the air.

"And Andorra, where to start with Andorra! In case you have forgotten your Secondary School History, the French and Iberians hold, or once held, joint custody of it. The French no longer care, their attention elsewhere on more important matters. Well, we still remember, and Parliament has decided to seize Andorra as a result of our claims on the small city-state!" Brey said, making motions with his hands.
After a good half hour more of speaking, Iberian President Brey walked away from the podium, the crowd roaring. He smirked, as he had just rallied plenty of popular support.

To: Prime Minister of the United Kingdom
From: President Brey, UROI
Encryption: Diplomatic

The Premier sat at a table, meeting with his generals and looking at a map of the region. The Greek People's Army was not effective at all due to its low number and morale, but it did have decent weapons. His Generals were absolutely incompetent at their jobs, and were solely promoted due to their loyalty to the Democratic Socialist Party. Alexander Hedanis, the last Premier, was a paranoid man and an ineffective leader. He was killed from a Greek Air Force fighter strafing him when he went to go check on a People's Army troop company.

Premier Kastopaulus yearned for reform, but his Generals complained that they would not have enough power to fight the Greeks. Finally, one day, he became outraged and ordered the arrest of the incompetent High Command. Later, they found out that they were corrupt and were making dealings with criminal gangs for them and their business not to be disturbed in exchange for money. A skilled Colonel that Kastopaulus met during his time as General, Adrian Bellnes, was made the Commander of all People's Army forces.

Bellnes started with bringing actual commanders that were competent at their job into the High Command, they immediately got to work managing the poor situation for the Socialist forces fighting on the front. Then, his next order of business was to make Propaganda posters to raise the morale of both Soldiers and inspire citizens to help the Socialist cause in any way possible. Posters were secretly placed by sympathetic people in various cities around Northern Greece, and that did inspire people to join the People's Army, but not nearly as much as Bellnes thought would join (300,000), instead, it was about 26,000 people. However, the people that didn't join the Army but were inspired by the resolve and determination of the People's Army, helped out in any ways they could, like giving extra clothes and cotton to the Army and giving food and other things useful to the cause to the Socialists.

Tel Aviv, Israel
The PLO hiding base in the basement of a small house was filled with people. Multiple of them where armed with AKM and AK-47 rifles. The main council of the organization sat down to write a letter. And then handed it to a courier. He went up to the street and walked to the embassy of Pakistan. He handed them the letter and told them it was only for the eyes of the leader of the country.

We are a noble cause. We have begun fighting our independence from the Israeli oppressors. We ask for your help in this fight. We need a shipment of about 40 AK-103 rifles and 15 M-16A1 rifles. Lastly we would like to ask 5 PSG1 sniper rifles. We hope you consider this request and aid us in our quest to retake our homeland.

German embassy, Tel Aviv Israel
The PLO courier walked up to the door of the embassy. He handed the letter to the greeter to go to the German government.

We are a noble cause, we are fighting for the freedom of our homeland from the Israeli oppressors. We ask for 45 G36 rifles and 3 Leopard 2A5 tanks. We hope you will consider this offer to aid our fight for our homeland.

If the PLO received those weapons, they would be ready to start their uprising. The weapons from Pakistan where handed out to unarmed soldiers, and soon they all would either be killing or dieing for their homeland.
