Lebanon I also get through diplomacy.
And north cyprus I'll have then, again through easy diplomacy because the government there is basicly a puppet allready.
Then I do still want Haifa, this is very important to me.
This I could have also gotten diplomaticly, as the israelis would be ready to give up haifa, as it holds little interest to them, and the majority there is arab.
They would likely see the Ottomans as a good nation to control these areas (haifa, Lebanon)that would likely supress extremism and lower hostilities to Israel.

Lebanon And Bulgaria would likely be happy to join because of stability and better economy it brings.

I will not take Azerbaijan as it would mean I have territory not connected with the rest of the republic.

there are however still also a lot of bulgarians that are pro turkish and given the better stability and economy Turkey offers they would be more inclined to join, One in 10 bulgarians are muslim, and nearly 45 percent of Bulgarians consider themselves to be of Turkic or partially turkic ethnicity opposed of slavic.

Besides, I do not see anyone else jumpoing up and down to have Bulgaria.
I however consider it as my core, how about we all let those doubts go and just give me Bulgaria,
I want to have a semblance of the ottoman empire and will therefore at least have a balkan state.
