Also, Israel nuking Germany would be much more damaging than Germany nuking Israel. Sure, it would annihilate Israel, but they aren't all that strong. Nukes landing in Berlin, Munich, Cologne... that would send one of the world's strongest powers back into the stone age...

Alright, did a bit of reading. Germany has signed onto the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and post WW2 agreements forbid them from possessing nuclear weapons (Treaty of Brussels, 1954).

HOWEVER, there are nuclear weapons in Germany. They are currently held by US Forces in Germany, who have to hand them over before Germany can use them. So Germany kind of has nuclear weapons, they just have to persuade the US to let them use them.
