There's a problem, actually. Me, in my infinite wisdom, accepted both you and Kratu when you both have some conflicting territory. You two are really only clashing in species range, so if you two can work it out, then that'd be great. If not, then you or Kratu could always get some more land elsewhere near your territory.

We're very humanoid, we're vampires (Kinda, its a stimulant, small amounts its like the adrelnine rush/high a human can get, larger amounts and we enter a blood rage, which our biology reacts with to harden our bones and push everything in our body to its limit. Though just being in the state slowly damages the body, let alone doing anything (same as when humans lift cars it can tear our muscles because we're pushing them past safety)

Common Species Name: Blood-Folk
Physical Appearance: While at first Blood-Folk appear similar to humans, the closer you get, the more differences you see. For one, their mouths contain fewer molars and everything but the molars are sharp and designed for shredding meat. The fingers end in short, sharp claws that don't do much more than leave painful, shallow gashes. The most common skin color is just a bit to grey, usually residing in a dark grey-brown. While their bodies and faces tend to lack hair, the hair on their heads tends to grow incredibly fast, and in several different colors in random streaks. Most common is Black with brown streaks. They seem just a bit to thin and wiry for how strong they are. The thing that sets them apart most are their brilliant purple, red, black, and golden eyes that humans very rarely have. They are distant cousins to humans, they evolved out of a branch from before the orangutans branched off.
Height: 1.7-2.2 Meters
Lifespan: 90-140 years, though most don't live past 120.

That's pretty much how it goes in my nation too. If you start from the far west, it's mostly tribal outer clans consisting of nomadic horse-riders and small stationary communities. Past these are established cities and villages that do not maintain a standing army and receive little to no backup from the Fire Clan (Though ones to the east are supported by Inner Clans); these are the primary outer clans. Then, once you reach Afghanistan (Or if you come from Russia with Love): BAM! Inner Clans. Standing Armies. Professional standing armies. Professional standing armies full of well-equipped infantry and siege engines with fortress cities. On top of that these Inner Clans are in a defense pact with the Fire Clan, meaning they will come and support the Inner Clans in times of war.

You know, just to let you know the outline of Oni societies.

So my actual republic borders in several areas (including right on the Strait of Kerch) the Oni equivalent of mongols, entertaining. Espcially considering that the Strait of Kerch is where my capital is, though where the strait meets the Black sea.

Well then we recognize you all as Lesser Men, but some would prefer to call you all Beasts. It's a very fine line. That blurry line is also applied to the Oni, but the Britons we define as full-blooded Men.

Sorry for not posting about this matter. Most species territories overlap as it is, it's just that a colored region on a map shows what species lives there. To put it in a better term, that region has a majority of its inhabitants as Species A. Species B and C can also be there, but they are minorities within that region. If Seb isn't going to budge, then I'll force him to give up some of his species' land in order to allow you to have some breathing room, considering that, with these last few applicants in the Americas, you're boxed in. Until then, just try to approach Seb again to see if you two can reach a compromise.
