"Interesting" Jackson said have listening to the coversation as they neared the front of their capital building, the timer finally hitting 00 : 00 as they neared. He heard Verti-Birds hitting the grass a quarter mile away from the gate, men getting out and setting up camp, readying themselves for an attack, if the fore already in survived, only 5 on the strike force had gone in, so the other 215 soldiers joined the 500 in setting up a camp, and setting up fire positions as the 22 Verti-Birds flew around the walls of the city. The camps were spread out, to avoid easy strikes, groups of 100 spreading out around a 400 yard perimeter. "Excuse our reinforcements, we didn't know if you were hostile, so we called them in. We still wish to make a treat if you don't mind." Jackson answered smirking madly, now that the Enclave had numbers and tech on there side.

The men were lead to an elevator, it went straight to the top floor.
They were escorted to the door guarded by the black suits. They opened it and the enclave walked in, President Davidson got up from his desk and shook the hands of the enclave.

"Excuse the men outside your city, they mean no harm yet, but if my mena re attacked, that 715 strong force will steamroll your city, we also have 22 Verti-Birds on hand, so yes we mean buisness, all we ask for is an alliance of sorts, one so that neither of us will be defeated without the other helping defend them, also we might share our tech with you, all depends on how you are now, so what say you? the ball is in your court now." jackson finished his men looking out the window at the 715 men makign camp outside the city.

shouts a Soldier while he picks up piece by piece debris that had fallen over the past 187 years.

"Mien Gott, the Magna Carta, still bearing the ink that it was written in 900 years ago. Get this back to Berlin, Now!" the Commanding officer said as he wiped some dust and soot off his forehead. The troops quickly run back to the Verti-bird and take off for Germany, while ten others including the Commander head for Buckingham Palace to loot it.

Outer Louisville Defenses-Louisville, Kentucky
"There it is boys. In bad shape, but still standing." A large metal solid wall 30ft tall surrounded the city of Louisville on three sides. The dried up Ohio River protecting it on the other side. The large wall was leaning in some places, but the wall was still standing. Graffiti ran along every inch of the wall 6ft up. Three engineers ran up to the Great Gate of the Primos and inserted there key cards with the codes to open the gates massive doors. A loud shriek came as long unused gears roared to life and opened the doors to the old city. The riders slowly made there way in. The city was still standing. The streets were still perfectly painted. The golden flags still waved proudly from the walls of the Primo Palace. The steel painted gold gate shown proudly, still locked and secure. Windows were still in there place. The skysrapers were still standing with pride. Engineer and security bots roamed the streets, 4 security bots came towards the riders and stopped looking them over. The ridrs dismounted and the engineers held out there security cards and one of the bots scanned it then it scanned it again and then the machines red eyes looked over the men and lowered its guns. "We are home boys!" The men cheered. The security bots and engineer bots came from everywhere across the city to see the return of men. 2 men rode back to Ashland to report to the Primo of the cities still running.

FLASHBACK:
--2 HOURS BEFORE THE VAULTS CLOSED IN EASTERN KENTUCKY--
"High Primo Alexzandor! We must go!" three men in white and black uniforms said ushering the Primo out of his office to an awaiting virti-bird outside him office on a helo pad. "My family!" he yelled in protest. "There already on there way!" Outside on the pad dark clouds hung over the city and he saw on the skyscrapers small red lights flashing and the sounds of sirens. He looked over the edge of the pad onto the streets where trucks and tanks rolled down the streets. The city was being emptied. Civilians were screaming. Fighter jets flew overhead heading for the vaults. "High Primo." two men said standing at the rear of the virti-bird in solid white uniforms and wearing white riot gear, the High Primo stepped aboard and the Primo Family was boarded after him. The rear hatch closed as the last of his guard jumped on and they took off. The High Primo looked out the window as the city was left in chaos.

They flew passed Frankfort minutes before the nuclear weapon went off. More verti-birds were in the air as the entire Commonwealths government fled for there vault.

The Soldiers march through the dilapated ruins of London, shoot through Ghouls and Tribals alike, to come across a large Brick Castle.

"I presume this to be Buckingham Palace, must of had anti-aircraft guns to have look this well." the officer said while looking in amazement at the structure.

"Most likely, with the collapse of the European Commonwealth, they might have jept it here for safe keepings. said a Seargent.

The young corpral didn't heed his commander and charged the long dead King, and was disentigrated by a ceiling mounted Laser turrent. "Damned! I told him not to charge, now return fire!" the Commanding Officer shouted. The soldiers shot at the reinforced turrent frame, and after a few dosen magizines, the turrent exploded, but now the ancient palace began to collapse. "Get the crown and anything else of value and run for the courtyard, the Verti-bird should be there!" the commander said while running to the English thone and taking the crown.

The Riders of Louisville moved throughout the old state, moving to the old capitals of the Lower Primos. Finding the old families ancestors still the lords over the small states the High Primos had established them. The 50 men told the ancesteral Low Primos of the greatness there families once enjoyed as being apart of the Commonwealth. "Forgetting" to mention how the High Primo had abandoned them before the bombs fell. Most of the Lower Primos smiled at the thought of having the technology of there ancestors. Electricity. So they swear there loyalty to the High Primos again, and sent there own riders to join them. The last old Low Primo state they visited was the State of Lincoln. Whose Lower Primo had thought himself a High Primo as his state was the strongest and powerfulest of the old Commonwealth. He denied to rejoin the Commonwealth. And vowed to fight the entire Commonwealth before he would surrendor his state.

Commonwealth Nuclear Power Plant-Owensboro, Ky
12 nuclear reactors were all the Commonwealth needed to keep the power running for the entire Commonwealth. But the Commonwealth had constructed 28 reactors. All but 3 were usable. All the states who had joined the Commonwealths Empire were soon enjoying the full working of electicity. Water plants began to operate again and plumbing once again letting water flow throughout the state.

Meanwhile the President and enclave were Negotiotating. A Vertibird packed with explosives took of ground heading for the vault in Portland. They flew slowly and steadily to avoid any catastrophes possible. When they got there the load was quickly unpacked. The bombs and shells were strategically placed to ensure maximum damage. People got to a safe distance away and a missile was fired at the door. It explode with a viscous ferocity. The door was ripped into pieces and anyway near the door from inside the vault was incinerated. Glass broke in Vertibird windows from the shock wave and the heat was unreal.

After a long and dreaded journey, the German Verti-bird lands in the remains of the old American Capitol city, to repair it and bring it back to its Pre-war glory.
"Alright, Der Führer wants us to repair this thing called the "Mall" and then give it back to the Enclave for some Verti-birds and tech." said the commander of the expidition. Most of the passengers on the bird were Craftsmen, electricians, repairmen and carpenters, who were specficly chosen by Hitler to repair the old city. Little did they know of the horrors ahead.

All across the city, fireworks shot into the sky and laterns floated in the large fountains that sat in the city. The High Primos Palace was lit by torches on its battlements. Children screamed in joy as the Commonwealths amusment park, Kentucky Kingdom, returned to life. Music played across the capital of the Commonwealth. The people in the capital were celebrating the rebirth of the Commonwealth. 4,000 people were inside the city partying and celebrating.

The glittering halls of the Great Ball room in the palace glowed as the High Primo and the Lower Primos all sat around a table as classical music played. "High Primo. Is it true that the Low Primo of Stanford refuses to bow to Louisville?" The Low Primo of Ashland asked. "It is. But the Grand Army of the Commonwealth is heading south to Stanford to bring the rebel back into the fold." The High Primo said softly. "And what of population problem?" another asked. "We have a solution for that. Teenagers are being encouraged to have children and get married." some of the Primos looked horrified but the High Primo held up his hand. "It is nessecary to rebuild our empire. 6,000 people live in towns and the 3 major cities. The rest live on farms to provide for us. We must do this. And do it now."

Vault 76
Guards waited a minute before entering the vault.
They ran in aggressively, with tactics to kill on sight unless surrender. They had cleared the vault, or what they thought of it. In 20 minutes.
They retrieved the overseers key and password and unlocked the armoury, happy to see it was way overstocked.
"Hey come look at this"

"The records and messages here say something about a store house, and look there's a engineering office. That 'ought to have blue prints for that irrigation system we might of saw."
Throughout the exploration of the rest of the vault, they were amazed at what they had found. Pre War Complete Construction Equipment, The HydroAgriculture Farm and it's blueprints and a water purification system. They did not know what experiment had happened in this vault but it was a miracle.

The City of Seattle has been prosperous lately.
Many tribes have joined the union, and their area of influence now spans over almost the entirety of Washington, into canada, and oregon.
Seattle has turned into a city of comerce, traders from all overr coming to trade their goods.
Due to scavenging parties looking for parts non stop, the city has been able to reconstruct the 2 vertibirds and now can fly, and their troop of tanks may soon be functional soon

He took a dip of his brandy and said in Russian "surface" "yes sir" replied the lieutenant on deck a man by the name of Ivan Shosta. Nicolai stood up and looked into the distance. He saw lights and a party and... The remains of the Golden Gate Bridge. "Good sandman we have arrived in san Francisco we must alert the grand duke. He quickly stood up and walked slowly to the radio room. He took over briefly and contacted the grand duke.

The radio started beeping and Corran smiled at the colonel and picked up the radio. He heard his friend Nicolai talking in Russian.

The grand duke stood flabbergasted by the extravagance of the enclave and their pride in their nation that was represented by the fireworks and parade. Hearing a noise that seemed out of place here he turned around and He looked out over the harbour briefly and saw a vague shadow appear from the water and start docking at the largest open spot at the harbour. The grand duke looked at the colonel, and apologized for the radio talk and said that Nicolai had arrived. He smiled and gave him photos of the Declaration of Independence, bill of rights and Magna Carta from when they were on "display" in Washington as thanks for allowing him to stay for the show.

As such, his first command after the Niagara Falls area had been fully brought under his command was to send a message using Yggdrasil's advanced communications systems, set to broadcast so that any might hear it.

All those who hear this, be aware, we exist to ensure Humanity's progression, and to protect it from any threat. Be that harmful ideologies, technology, environment, or even itself. To any who wish to deal with us, we are a reasonable people, and would prefer to see negotiations carried out rather than bloodshed. The World has burned, and we are its Successors."
