Rp sample:
New Phoenix, Arizona

Overseer Buxton Vickers stood with his feet shoulder-width apart and hands clasped behind his back. Beneath him, in the sprawl of half-lit streets, his city slept.

Phoenix.

The Great War had not been kind to her. Granted, the initial nuclear barrage had left the city largely intact, but then Phoenix had never been a prime target. Instead Chinese warheads destined for Arizona were better spent targeting military bases and airfields in the city’s hinterlands. The devastating blow came in searing cancer-clouds of radioactive dust. They rolled in off the prairie, hopelessly contaminated, and left the shores of Salt River bristling with dead fish. They wasted outlying crops like something vile and Biblical too, and turned streets teeming with commuters into cold, car-choked graveyards.

Above it all, the Arizona sky had gone the color of television tuned to a dead channel.

That was almost a hundred years ago. And from its ashes, Phoenix had risen again. Risen into a modest urban sprawl, its rubble stockade flanked by fields of dark, loamy farmland. Vault 24’s GECK had seen to that. Well, that and a year’s worth of hard, backbreaking work.

With cool brown eyes, Vickers observed a holographic display in front of him. It lit the hollows of his cheeks with a pale, green glare. Beacons attached to individual patrol commanders beeped short-wave signals periodically, displaying their position throughout the city.

He keyed his radio twice, and his earpiece filled with chatter.

Reports, reports, reports. The rotations were complete.

Buxton sighed. Three brief strides had him at a nearby computer, updating his PIP-boy. Rat-a-tat-tat. Like an old radio jingle. They all concurred: New Phoenix was safe. At least for now.

And beyond it all? From atop the tottering shell of what had once been the Hotel Monroe, a makeshift radio antenna broadcast a clear morse-code sequence across the Arizona airwaves.

+.Calling anyone, this is Radio Phoenix. Free trade, clean water and rule of law at the following coordinates. 33' 27 N, 112' 04 W. Over.+

I'm out of town, but I might be able to do it. I have a little free time every day.

Could you change Imperial and San Diego counties from orange to black, Change the black counties in Virginia to yellow, The Black counties in Tennessean to the shade of blue that the other part is, And shade the counties of Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, The Carolinas, and georgia that shade f blue as well, Here's the map,

Would anyone be interested in just a character RP, without factions, set in a new location rather than one visited in the games?

Well, for me it depends on the location, weaponry and app.

The colors are just allotments of territry, they can be whatever the person who claims it, wants it to be in terms of Name, Gvernment style, etc.

Germany, China, Australia, Mexico, something like that. A ship at sea sounds kind of cool too now that you mentioned it.

Sounds cool for all I'm in.

They should make a Fallout game at sea like Assassin Creed 4 but in 2270s in the Caribbean.

Rp sample:
Elder Sarah Lyons walked out onto the flight deck of the USS Rothchild. Twenty years ago it was called Rivet City, now refurbished and able to stay afloat. Head Scribe Martin had called her up here for something important, now where was he?

"Sarah! Over here!"

Oh, there he is, and what the hell is he dressed in? The scribe was standing next to one of the old jets that were abandoned on the carrier; he was in an olive green jumpsuit and a funny helmet.

"Uh, Martin, what's this?" Lyons demanded waving her hand at the sight before her.

"This is a Lockreed F-81 Falling Star, and I got it to work." He replied with a school-boyish grin.

"What do you mean 'work?"

"Exactly what I said, I did some tinkering and filled up the tank, flipped the switch and the engine just started up."

"I know what you're thinking, and the answer is no." She said with a tone that conveyed a very obvious message.

"But come on, if it works we can stop the Loyalist Vertibirds."

"Do you even know how to fly it?"

"Well, no, But how hard can it be, right."

Without another word he climbed into the cockpit, and closed the hatch. Flipping a few switches, the engine flared to life. The immense roar filled Sarah's ears as she fled to the safety of the observation deck. She turned just in time to see the jet soaring off of the deck. She hadn't noticed all of the other people on the deck with her, watching in wonder as Scribe Mating did circles in the air. He did a wide turn to the rear of the Carrier, and let out flaps, trying his best to decelerate. Sarah turned away, he was going too fast, and there wasn't any room to slow down.
She waited for a crash, or some kind of sound. All she heard was the screeching of tires and a sudden cheer. Some kind of hook on the back of the plane had caught on one of the wires on the deck. Martin opened the hatch of the plane and vomited down the side of the fuselage. He was right, this could change the war.

Accepted!

I'm starting my second fallout new Vegas character (first sided with mr house) and I'm trying to create a character based on my favourite fallout group (the enclave) and suggestions would be appreciated.

Right now it's level 4 and almost at bolder city. It's base skills are energy weapons, speech, and science with 6 strength, 7 luck, 5 intel, 6 endurance, 6 charisma, 5 perception and 5 agility.

Any suggestions? Or deprecate character builds?

I'm considering going independent with main companions being arcade and ede. Main equipment will be t-51b power armour and plasma rifle or incinerator or minigun. Bos and followers would be preferable as allies.

So ya any suggestions, comments would be appreciated. Thank you :).
