Yep, we've got that same warning, along with 5 others.

I unplugged my electronics, and shoved my gaming PC into my backpack so I can rush downstairs with it if needed. My chromebook can be grabbed at a moment's notice, and my phone is in my pocket.

I personally think we as a state should all agree to start living in underground structures all the time, so we are always prepared.

Sure we might turn into mole people, but hey, that's worth it, right?

It has this nasty habit of making cars behind me disappear without a trace. Like they don't even pass. I'll look in my mirror, see a guy, look down for two seconds, look up, and he's gone. It's not even like I passed an intersection or anything, just POOF! vanished.

Good! That was the idea -nodnod- I feel like changing all my chars as well but eh, as long as I understand the abilities (and it doesn't OP anything), all's good.

If no one objects, we move off of the trolley in about 4-5 hours. (This won't be a timeskip but rather a smooth transition.) Anyway, until then, Rocopurr and Torsi, feel free to have Lilian and Torii continue to converse; it's been stated that Nick will relay. Note emotions, as other parties will feel them; note emotions of other parties, as your char will feel them. Also, ambient sound is at 200% of normal, tactile sensations are a bit off, etc. due to Nick's having a tough time blocking. Due to the prolonged contact Torii may STILL have it worse.

We had the watch last night, I went to bed when it was cancelled, and then later that morning, a tornado touched down about 10 miles from us. I slept through the sirens. We're about half an hour from getting hit by severe red areas of the storm.

Fucking shit. Have you gotten a tornado app on your phone? That's what I have. It deactivates any silencers and sounds an alarm if we need to take cover.

I've got my TV on, sitting downstairs next to it, got my phone out on the table, and the emergency radio on too, I'm covered for now. If I get a warning on any of these, grabbing my backpack and heading downstairs.

I hate being home alone for these.

My backpack has my gaming laptop, and several other things I can't afford to lose.

Seriously. this blows.
