@ Cer: No problem. Will not do, will wait for go-ahead. ;)
Come to the light side.  We have teamwork, waffles, popcorn, grape juice, and way too much ramen.

Unless one is a genealogist, therapist, geneticist, or FBI agent - who is acting within the scope of their job - to claim that anyone is wrong about their own identity is not merely absurd but also extremely rude.

Horror - pure horror - is working on a post for three hours and then having the power go out.

1. Get angry. Throw shit. Scar dog.
2. Seriously consider moving.

I saved most of it prior to power loss. I just need to redo the last half.

It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man’s fears, and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination.

I absolutely hate it when that happens. Good luck with the rewrite!

It's up. viewtopic.php?p=22275314#p22275314

If you are an old school player (1st, 2nd, 3rd threads etc) tell me if I missed your character. If you're new and not mentioned in the post, insert your character into the group that's waking up in the kitchen. One character per person.

The rules are at the bottom of the post. Skim it all because it let's you know where everyone else is should you need someone to pester. PL Classic, have at it!

So our characters have all their memories, right, or are they gone as well? Like, would Bran remember dinner with Torii the other day?

They have all their memories*.

edit: *except those that don't. People can choose to have their character's memory fade moments after awaking.

Cer,
Did you mean to say Nick as opposed to Rmmwtyliin? The latter isn't on there, and I expected the former to be introed later.
Also, AFK for next two hours. May be able to look, but no post time.

Nope. Not unless it doesn't work for you. Nick might be hard to play. People go like bats out of hell. Touching one to talk to them might be impossible.

Oh! Ok, that makes sense. Is this canon or encapsulated?

That remains to be seen. Some might make it canon. Some might choose not to. My characters are going to treat it as canon.

There are ways to return to the Building (the right one in the right place and the right time) so it's entirely possible that some of these characters return to the normal PL with only the memories they choose to keep when starting this story (plus memories made once they begin posting). There's no plot to this story other than that. We've basically done a chance of venue with a twist.

@Gio. Yes, just for this. They exist elsewhere.

Would our characters who haven't moved in yet remember the last three years?

Working on a post now.

That one confuses me. Torii would remember everything unless you choose to have her forget.

Ya know, with Torii's first character pic on there, it'd be funny if the time/space screwup left her with cat ears until they could fix it.

But that's just me.
