awesome, first work week done, only minimal pain in my feet right now, thanks to a nice foot bath. But I've learned most what I need to, and I got around 13-15 hours of work, so money!


also, I added 2 GB of RAM to my laptop. Things are soooo much faster now, especially for games like Civ, which used to take like 10 minutes to load a game, now takes roughly 5 minutes on average and I can run things in the background! It was worth it to scavenge my parent's old computer for a RAM card and figure out how to install one on my own


Also(x2) I should mention that Eru's computer's broke, like a power issue or something, so he'll be gone for a bit. I just noticed a text of his from a few days ago, which said roughly that

Technically, Copycat kind of kicked off with Nick's initial library visit.
The (second) trip (within the story) there will occur once

• It is between midmorning and early afternoon (8ish-10ish) IC
• Dora, Torii, and Lillian all have had their help solicited and have offered it IC
• The players (yes, there are four- Mr. NoNameGiven is meeting up with us later) have grabbed any necessities (purses, sacks or baskets for carrying, shoes if not on, jackets if needed, etc.)

What you might want to know, not exclusive to those with characters on the list: Nick will wake up, due to his power, a few minutes before the first person whom he'd successfully recruit (first person on the list to enter the lobby) arrives; I would recommend keeping others who would be equally likely to come out of the lobby from (about) one hour (probably only a few posts) before Nick's first recruit arrives to the time everyone leaves to avoid fridge logic. Note that Nick is likely to attempt to recruit others entering at this time as well, and therefore such persons will tangentially and briefly participate in Copycat- do have excuses ready. Further note that if it is necessary to have someone else who would logically join enter the lobby, I can work with that if I am warned; cats are rather OCD about licking and stuff, to the point that Nick if facing away and doing so could conceivably overlook your character.

Yes, I have stuff beyond that planned out. No, I don't think revealing the entire itinerary (which I almost did) will really work that well.

Okay Peeps... we have players who will need time to advance so they can begin their thing. It's currently... well, looking back at the arrival home, adding time for the shower and conversations, and other events... let's call it midnight in the PLverse.

Tribblequest people are encapsulated.

Dani/Darius are somewhat encapsulated but Dani and I can work around time issues.

GT and I have an encapsulated story. Time of day doesn't matter.

The core group are in a central area (lobby/pool), plus we have some new arrivals coming in as soon as Tilt posts the new player approved list, so it would be nice if the core group can help the new characters feel welcome once they post.

Hello, person whom I'll refer to as SLll for the moment due to a lack of stated nickname! You can call me Fvaar. Anyway, I'm curious: is Ryan's teleportational power possibly responsible for his dimension-crossing? If so- your power probably has a pretty high rating *says the TOTAL NON-EXPERT on the power scale who nevertheless has some experience working with it* and hence that weird thing, "paradox," may come into play. Is there an alternative- yes, actually. Although anything of that sort might need to be okayed by OPs, it is canon that the Building itself can transfer those within it (as far as I know, those entering/leaving and those in the lobby) to a different version of itself (bit more complicated actually, there's a wiki if you desire more info.) So, if you wish Ryan to start out in the Building- maybe he could go (to his universe's version assuming one exists) post some event (eg drunkenness) which would normally result in losing enough memory not to have been aware of the switch? He would end up in the lobby, but that's where he'd need to be to get an apartment regardless.

1) What does it imply for a puppet nation to be active on NS?
