Yes, the demonym thing is actually really satisfying.

It's a good twist for nationbuilders. My pet peeve has always been "Cerilliumians" when it's technically "Cerian".

Is it "Giovenithians" for you or something more lyrical?

I'm torn between a few things, but Aksarbenites seems to go the best. What do you all think? Sound good?

Also, just back from work. Gonna post then likely play something with James tonight :D

It allows me to put "Froxians" instead of people calling us "Monfroxians". That just sounds like an unnecessary mouthful.

My demonym is freaking terrible. My full nation name and my custom history makes for terrible demonyms. It's currently Confederationite since its the least terrible out of the bunch.

It flows better than cerilliumians. I'm thinking of changing the national song to "Cerillium" sung to the "Manamana" melody.

@NA. Aksarbenites sounds alright.

Not as bad as Pomeraniansians. The 9.904 billion Nightkill the Emperorians have it pretty rough as do those 1.897 billion Nationalsozialistische Grammatikparteians.

This got me thinking, you know how people like to put the -ster suffix onto people's names to make them sound cool? Like the Branster, and the Swithster?

Think about it...the Mon-ster. I know, I'm bad and I should be throw in jail for making such a pun, but it was worth it.

It depends on how you want to play it. "Citizens" or "subjects" as a play on your government. You should shorten it like the Brits do though "Aks" sounds strange. My nation and species have the same name: Thade (singular or pleural); are your nation's people human or something other? Aksarbenite has a nice ring.

They're still technically human, just slightly more evolved and damaged genetically by radiation. Aksarbenite sounds the best I think. EAsy to say and remember.

Link to RP examples:N/A (this MUST be a DIRECT LINK to your IC post in an RP, NOT a link to the RP thread itself. If you don't have examples, make your biography good.)

IMPORTANT:
One paragraph that sums up your character. This paragraph is what we'll use on your player tab on the first page of the thread. This MUST be brief. Your tab will contain a link to your application so people will have full details:
Vincius is a master at using his swords 'Curaverunt' and 'Fide' and making swords. He has a dog named 'Spark',which he has electrical powers. Vincius has also mind control powers which he has not mastered yet.He is a devout Christian and is from the planet Earth.

I haven't forgotten about this. Been very busy trying to help the wife.

He's a bit OP for your skill level. The mind control powers would need to be defined more before I'd consider allowing them (also - attempting to control some existing characters would result in his death due to their abilities).

All residents dwell in the Building itself.

I'm going to nix the pet. He's already potent enough. No need to add electrical powers to the mix.

I can do that for you.
Well the only thing my character can do with the mind control is to paralyze is opponets for approx. 5 seconds. But as mention in the bio his expanding his powers w/ the mind control. And there is a 62% chance of success.

I swear every time I post there's a 30% chance I get a 503 error, my connection dies, or the power will go out. Bonus 60% if it's a long one.

I woke up too dakn late.

I went to sleep to damn late.

But it was worth it. I haven't played Halo 3 with friends in years. Now I'm going to finish up the game, and I'm bringing my Bon Jovi CDs and Vanilla Coke.

How are you all?

Good, like TNEL, I'm having issues with loading anything on the forums. Irritation rising. Aside that, running on 3 hours of sleep and just dandy -gulps down coffee-

I vaguely remember Halo 3 being fun... I don't remember if it actually was, my family has awful luck with Xboxes.

I'm quite well. I didn't know that they still made vanilla coke.

Vanilla Coke is amazing. I only get it in boxes of cans at Piggly Wiggly, but the local Zaxbys has it as a drink, too :p

Halo 3 is amazing. Halo 4 is alright, but, IMO, it's...just not Halo. The story was Meh, and the gameplay was too CoD-like. I love sprinting and Forerunner weapons, though. Halo: Reach and Halo: ODST are my two personal favorite Halo games.

I have a good connection most of the time. It must suck, getting errors while posting.
