Nahhhhhh. My dad didn't start going bald til his early 40s and he was pulling 48 hour days when I was younger. I'll make it to at least my late 30s.

My uncle has like 7 cats. They're strays that happen to live on his property, though, so I'm not sure how friendly they are.

In all seriousness, though, the men in my family have this impunity to baldness. My grandfather on my mom's side used to sleep really late and wake up at the crack of dawn and he never lost his hair. My uncle's the same, although he's early 40s so maybe it just hasn't sank in yet. I always imagine one day he'll just wake up and scream in utter horror as his luscious hair begins shedding in droves.

It's not that we age really fast, its that we abuse our bodies so we appear to age but really we're just dying of easily preventable-illnesses.

Doesn't help that the ones at my uni have a tendency to get REALLY turnt up in their free time (myself included). No sleep on weekdays, no sobriety on weekends.

Clearly. Aesthetics takes precedence over health, as you know. It's rather amusing how unhealthy we are both physically and mentally over here in sunny, sunny California. You'd think the Golden State would have great psychologists given all the rich people and great health given all the beaches and mountains.

But no, apparently everyone at uni prefers staying inside to code or going out at midnight to get utterly wasted.

I miss CA. Mostly, I miss plastering my face to the car window as we rolled down the 101 to visit the beach. It wasn't always my chosen position, though. Often enough, one of my brothers' hands was pressing on the back of my head.
