Yes, It is the Doctor. I actually based that on the dream I had last night. Or was it morning? It was very much the weirdest dream I've ever had, most likely.

In MLP, there's a reoccurring background pony with a brown mane and hourglass cutie mark that many viewers thought resembled the Doctor from Doctor Who, and thus dubbed him, "Doctor Whooves." Though his initial design was only a coincidental resemblance, the animators have since pictured him in the show with subtle intentional references to the Doctor, such as having him wear a tie or 3D glasses, and outright referenced it in the MLP comic books (where they can get away with more), such as having him stand next to a TARDIS or a pony-fied Weeping Angel statue.

Alright, here's the brief gist of it -

Arkadat (Anthro Changeling, pretty much. :l), very tall (7 and a half to 8 feet, or just looks big), athletic build, preferably a somewhat scarred face, yet emanating grace in some fashion. Scraggly, bright orange, barbaric looking hair covering her firey orange eyes, hair in the back would probably be tied in a tight ponytail. Saber-teeth would be appreciated, but optional. Preferably having a somewhat square muzzle, perhaps like a slightly more feminine version of Cerril's. Outfit, something resembling this, but with a bright orange cloak around the shoulder, perhaps some kind of tribal looking emblems on the armor as well. I was gonna commission for this character but at this rate I won't even be able to afford getting my computer upgraded.

Heh, I was gonna send a message to the same guy who drew the pictures I use for Cerril and Sherril, but his commission box is closed and it's 30 bucks for something in color. I'd just like to have a visual for people to refer to.
