Which part of it? I can't tell. And sorry, 200 Orcs.

This, my friend, is a forest fire. This is not something you combat with buckets of water and sand. This, you fight by staying the hell away from it.

Well, a dragon is a pretty large thing. There must have been some dragon sighting somewhere, so in time, you will find out. By that time, you'll need to ask some supreme being to help you out, because dragons don't deal in bullshit.

So what should my elves and the Ents do instead in my post? And thanks G-tech for burning down some of the Celebrant Forest, it saved most of the Ents.

Oh no, I'm certain they didn't all die. But the Ent-Moot is held in the Derndingle, and I highly doubt the Ents would change their meeting place merely at the request of Elves, given their distinct lack of a penchant for being hasty. Derndingle is assuredly noted as being far south of Treebeard's home, which was itself at the end of the Misty Mountains, and as such seems likely to have been in the south half of the forest indeed. Given there was a forest fire there of great magnitude, and the elves were meeting the moot, you should actually probably post losses of your wardens from the fire. Not all the Ents died certainly, but they wouldn't have been outside the burn area in any irregular numbers.

"Karthburg, Western Adorn Vale
Thormund the Tall swaggered along the main thoroughfare of the city, village more accurately, enjoying the pleasant buzzing sensation in his belly from the mug of ale he had just downed. A kindly contribution from his favorite innkeeper in this wretched pigs-sty of an excuse for a town, one of the only reasons he didn't regularly run the fellow down for a few bits of coin to keep his purse fat and happy. Lord Reramund was not technically the liege of this city, which had been a freehold up until the ascent of the Lord to his father's place as Marshal of the Westmarch; Reramund had put right to that immediately, and what's more, since this area wasn't formally part of the Mark, ah, the taxes didn't need a cut to be sent to the King in far away Edoras. It was a good life for Reramund and the peasant-soldiers he used to keep the town of Karthburg nailed down properly, for a man could get rich quickly by shaking a club and threatening shopkeepers with the force of the Lord. And if any of the cabbage heads- for so they were known to the soldiers, peasants with their heads in the dirt and not a noble thought in them- got uppity, well, you had to weed the cabbage patch. Keep them in line properly, and life went well for all.
It passed Thormund's mind, despite the droll humor of mead, that the men at the gate he was walking towards seemed very inappropriately non-jovial. This was the good life! Here, with no rules or appeals to the King to deal with, hey, if a man couldn't have a good time here, he might as well already be dead and buried in his cairn. Perhaps the men on watch were new recruits, sticks in the mud who hadn't had a good tumble in the hay that they needed. Thormund earnestly considered taking them off duty and down the street to one of his favorite brothels, but then dismissed the thought after some very somber thinking. It was hard, putting words together in his head, but he didn't think Lord Reramund would approve of having nobody watching the west gate to collect his tolls, and Thormund had no desire to get a whipping himself.
He still almost suggested going to the brothel after their watch was up, but then his lazy eyes strayed across the gap of the entry to the city, and his mouth almost dropped open in amazement. There, just a few paces outside the still open gate, stood thousands of Orcs! And his three watchmen were looking decidedly nervous. But all of his combat training did not desert the man named Longshanks, and quickly he bared his sword, yelling to the man in the gatehouse to drop the portcullis. It fell into place with a clang, though it was old and rusty in places, and the wood around its edges rotted. Through the bars Thormund bellowed at the slavering vermin, righteous indignation and a touch of drunken belligerence in his tones.
"Get thee hence, foul creatures of the Black Land, or I shall set steel in yer bellies. The Lord Reramund is master of these lands, and he shall cause thee to rue the day you came to Karthburg if you do not hie away immediately."
Thormund took up a horn from one of the shivering gatekeepers, and blew a blast on it, three quick clips, announcing the presence of enemies at the gates."
That was my response to your Orcs finding men of the Lord to talk to. Also a bit of context on the area, and some quest hints too.
