Dude. I can't. I'm stuck in a Lordship along the river, to deal with accusations of mistreated Human Peasants. So, you will have to send emissaries to talk to my 1,800 Orcs building the Fort. Can't promise that they will be nice though. Also, would it be possible to purchase Laborers from you to speed up my fort?

What does control of the Lordship entail? Full complete control of the province that you take from the abusive lord? If so other requirements for the loan of certain builders is that you manage and watch the area for us and pretend as if the bands of orcs that control that town are apart of your faction.

But for all other Rohan villages that we capture I will get control of them and continue to send orcs that will masquerade as if they were part of your band. Is that alright?

I think that's reasonable; mind you, not all of them would be in the Shire, perhaps only the Witch-King, with the rest spread throughout Eriador and the nearby area to some extent.
