I think more coordinated attacks are better for the Order as a whole. Personally, I think the British, Danish, and German Brotherhood should join together and carry out some operations.

Why on earth would Bismarck do that? One, you're sending Prussian troops into France (Napoleon won't be okay with that) and two Bismark hated France.

The villages sure are small, but can incite the war between Prussia and France, and perhaps, being able to topple the Assassins-influenced government, and restore the Bourbons as the true leaders of France.

Assuming Bourbons are Templars or had ties to them, explains why the Assassins were so active in the revolution.
