Also, update on that other roleplay where I said I was going to join with Jackie: I'm busy so I'm postponing me joining in, but I am definitely signing up once I'm not busy. Also, I am not going to join with Jackie as though To Kill a God happened. I'm going to slightly change his timeline so that his parents moved to Israel and dragged him there for the legal reasons they had him. Anyways, so he's in Israel as a conscript by the time the events of To Kill a God are happening, and instead of being in Lucen's army, he's a conscript in Israel's army. Then he gets sucked out of our dimension and thrown across the omniverse along with the other soldier characters from across time and places to a magical world. Also I'm going to have him constantly refer to Israel as "Jewtopia".

Anywho, I'll put this RP on hold until I get back. Sorry 'bout the crap!

Nah, Jackie's pro-Israel (Funfact: He's still pro-Israel in To Kill a God's timeline as well), so he probably wouldn't go for it. Also, almost everyone would know where the Kingdom of Israel is. Anyone else could be explained to with "it's a country on the eastern shore of the Mediterranean". So, using "Israel" is a two-fold thing: It helps everyone know, and it ALSO reflects Jackie's view. He also might say "the land of Jerusalem" or something similar since that's also a notable landmark (and, again, pro-Israel). A modern person might think he's from Palestine instead of Israel if he says he's from Palestine. Once he explains where he's from, THEN he can start spewing offensive nonsense since everyone would understand it. "And no, I'm not Jewish or from Israel. My nose lies. It liiies."The Floating Island of the Sleeping God wrote:Have him sometimes call it Palestine to spite his neighbors and confuse his omniversal compatriots.

Yaaaay stalling! ...I suddenly have the urge to roleplay as Cosmo from Fairly Odd Parents.Imperial--japan wrote:Well he's given me permission to go ahead and move us on tomorrow. So following epic battle, and the Viktor fight, we'll get to have some real fun, and enough of this stalling.

Mails? Is that what subscribing to threads does? I just use the forum's bookmark button.

I never bothered finding out what the subscribe button does. I think Charm and a few others use it.

I just leave the bookmark page open in a tab and refresh the page every once in a while. THOSE DARN SUBSCRIPTION FAILS CAN'T GET ME IF I DON'T LET THEM!

I turn my computer off before bed. When I get up in the morning, I check my bookmarks to see if there's any new messages in my bookmarked threads. Oh? There's new messages in one of them? *clicks the red page button next to the title* Ah yes, I'm now at the first unread message.
