Name: Vindictus Rahl, Crown-Prince of the Grand Ulrenian Imperium
Appearance: Crown-Prince Vindictus Rahl Ignore the crown.
Race: Ulrenian(Human, the Ulrenians claimed they are their own race to promote national unity and hatred of other nations).
Age: 19
Gender:Male
Powers, abilities, and skills: Vindictus Rahl, being the successor to a "Throne of Blood and Steel", carries with him a tongue of silver and a mind that thinks only of conquest on any scale...mental and physical claims are no different to him. He is very physically fit, as all Ulrenians are, but he can outdo most anyone in Ulrenon. He is very quickly with a blade and without one, so that should be an asset.
Equipment (If any): Trench coat lined with kevlar, Walther PP 22 LR with 6 magazines, Foreign sword gifted to him by another Prince.
Short backstory:Weak. This is what Jeffery Rahl, born without the name of Vindictus, heir to the Throne of the Grand Imperium, was described as mere minutes after his birth. By his own father. While this is not uncommon among lower nobles it was a shock to the nation; the Emperor has declared his first born son unworthy of rule. Jeffery was cast aside but allowed to retain his royal status, three more brothers and seven sisters following close behind him.
Through his younger years he was tormented. First his brothers, all of them younger than him, declared that they would have him exiled to the farthest regions of the Empire and force him to live in a castle in the depths of his despair and self loathing. The night of his eleventh Birthday, after celebrating it with a few of his closest maids and other assorted servants, Jeffery received a vision from the Gods themselves.
Rise, Vindictus, he who was denied his right to ascend a 'Throne of Blood and Iron'. That night he could not sleep...the Gods would not let him bat an eye. They showed him the visions he desired, the throne drenched with the blood of his siblings. That night he took a letter knife from the drawer aside his bed and crept silently through the castle. Every doorknob he used to enter a room was only slightly smudged; every doorknob used to leave a room dripped red with the thick blood of ignoble children, slain by their once docile and abused eldest brother in his prophetic state.
Eleven rooms he entered that night. Three were his brothers, who he made sure knew quite well they were dying, and seven belonged to his sisters; he made them wish they had never been conceived. And one room, devoid of bloodshed, was his own. He slept soundly that night with the comfort that when the morning came he would be heir. The Gods had promised it, after all.
When the morning came the screams of the servants going to awake their masters reached his ears. He quietly shuffled out into the hallway. What met his eyes was not of his doing. On the walls of the castle hallways, written in blood, were these words:
"Rise Vindictus". And so he was born, sole Heir of the Empire, as all others were born. In blood.
Weaknesses(Physical weaknesses are for more powerful characters.): Excessive lust for power? That never helped much.

No. Saying Slate's spine got broken in my post would be godmodding. But that would be hilarious because the TF2 soldier is one of the best characters ever.

Similar to what Mercer went through. Ryaku fights a Myaku duplicate who has lost itself to it's powers. The other two wind up having to kill the ones their afraid of losing or die themselves.
