In breaking news,

The Holy Roman Empire has brutalized Brazil in the semi-finals of the World Cup, 7-1. This means that the HRE will either face the Low Countries, or Tawantinsuyu in the World Cup finals. Brazilians everywhere have been humiliated, as the HRE has shown them the might of blood and iron.

In breaking news,

The Orange and the White-and-Blue have remained unable to score against each other, despite multiple attempts by both sides, after 90 minutes of play. The semifinal match between Tawantisuyu and the Low Countries will now go to 30 minutes of extra time; if that does not decide the game, they will go to penalty kicks. The victor of the game will face Germany's might in the World Cup Finals; the loser will play against the humiliated Brazilians for third place.

BREAKING:

Tawantisuyu wins with 4 penalty kicks to the Low Country's 2 after a scoreless match. This means that Tawantisuyu will face Germany in the final match of the cup. The final match has already been nicknamed "Brazil's nightmare", because it pits the team that utterly humiliated Brazil against Brazil's biggest rival. The Low Countries will play Brazil for third place.

Andalusia is a region of southern Spain that, in this timeline, is Christian, like the remainder of Spain. Al-Andalus was the term for Muslim Spain. It has been agreed that Spain is not Muslim and thus not al-Andalus, and since Morocco is not Spain, Morocco is neither Andalusia nor al-Andalus.

I believe this will settle the trouble you're having with the name... that's pretty much the only thing that I took from Andalusia. Morocco is a caliphate in this RP, only it's a caliphate of Moroccans. The names of the government and all are still the same. The battles and such that took place between Muslim Spain and Portugal in the old RP will simply be now Catholic Spain vs. Muslim Morocco (Andalusia). The truth is I just like the name Al-Andalus, and Andalusia, and so as a result, the Moroccan Caliphate renamed itself the Caliphate of Al-Andalus, and the demonym of that is Andalusian. There will be a sect of Catholic Moroccans (Of both North African and Southwestern European descent that will attempt to leave Andalusia. (And as a result, the modest Nationalistic Kingdom of Spain will suffer refugees coming in from Morocco, but these refugees will be Catholic, only wishing for a more practical approach and asking the military to overthrow the Kingdom. Though this will be a seperate incident as the refugees will not do this to give the Andalusian Morocco a chance, they'll be doing it to try and overtake Spain and make it into their own political views nation (Keeping it Catholic in the process) the government will hence suffer a Civil War (Instead of Fascists vs. Monarchs, it's Monarchs vs. Oligarchs. I don't know when all these attempts happen, but Morocco has yet to be overthrown by the more radicalist Muslim Andalite Government. As I don't get too ahead of myself, this should settle this:

So really, does anyone know if the Morocco player is returning? Because if not, I have layed out a realistic and accurate situation likely to occur (If not, then peace will just be the secondary option between the two ententes).
-Morocco will historically be a Kingdom, until recently becoming a small, regional-influenced Caliphate that attempted to mimic the successes of the Ottoman Empire, only they were only successful in doing such a thing on a regional level of North Africa.
-Morocco will slowly but steadily become anti-Spain, as relations both OTL and AWWAverse are both quite slight and tense throughout history.
-Since Morocco is Islamist, and Spain being predominantly Catholic, both sides begin to hate eachother even more. The Straight of Gibraltar although in British hands becomes the center of growing conflict and terrorism by the early 1930's.
-At some point from now and before 1940, Morocco will become a semi-rational Caliphate to a ultra-nationalistic, theocratic, psychotic Islamic state, close to or further rampant than that of OTL Iran. Morocco, will rename itself Andalusia (Because at least one thing I had to steal from the last RP while still retaining to cultural and regional guidelines) because it is the Southernmost province of Spain and the former of which used to be the Islamic Caliphate of Andalusia during the early days of Islamic Spain. From an undisclosed date to possibly into the early 1960's, or even 1970's, Andalusia and Spain will engage in a heavy Cold War, which at times will be a full-scale war and at other times be more laid back than the last years of the Cold War in the 1990's (At least from a U.S Perspective).
-Spain will eventually beat Andalusia, and install a puppet-state of Catholic officials, but by the 21st century, these officials will once again be overthrown and replaced by semi-psycho Islamic Dictators, but no longer Caliphs. In essence, Andalusia will be IRL Iraq reoccurring just like it has today.

Reasons for this:
-Well, I'm not the same unless I get someone to pester Spain.
-I really wanted to recreate what I did in the last RP, but not twisting history to say Spain is Muslim and Portugal is Catholic like I previously did to make what I wanted happen.
-Instead, I've chosen an Islamic country (Morocco) which is almost 99% Islamic. I've sculpted its IRL history so that the majority of it is accurate, only until recently a Caliphate overthrew the Kingdom attempting to copycat the late successes of the Ottomans.
-I will keep Spain Catholic the entire time, and there is exactly a 0% chance of Andalusia succeeding in defeating Spain and setting a flag in Madrid. (Because Europe would never allow such a thing to occur and it would be unrealistic, seeming as though I may have Andalusia's military become more powerful than Spain's at times, Italy and Portugal, as well as France, would never allow something like that to happen, and would at least donate arms to assist. However, Andalusia might, might invade and get as far as Granada, if not Murcia. It will never reach Madrid though.
On the likewise, Spain will likely get to Tangier, and possibly Casablanca, but it is unlikely it will ever reach Rabat because of such a high demand for security, especially in the later years in 1950-1960, and beyond.
-I decided on this because I hoped the reasons above^ explained rationally, would not be unrealistic (As I don't see them as such, since they fall in line with IRL regional religious and social groups and doesn't make Spain Muslim in anyway) would safice with Luz and Uni, as well as Ruri and Boji. And then I would file an app for Morocco after all is settled. With that, I hope you all consider my proposition, and reply to this. Thank You.

Morocco is not al-Andalus in the same way that Brazil is not Argentina.

That also makes no sense because Europe is a threat to all of you. It is a common enemy that either enslaved or tried to enslave every nation of the Americas. Tawantisuyu refusing the offer presented by the Confederacy makes about as much sense as Stalin rejecting the offer to join forces with Churchill and Roosevelt against Hitler and Tojo. It's shortsighted, adversarial, foolish, and ultimately self-destructive. A house divided, as you may recall, cannot stand- and Europe has not forgotten the old maxim of divide et impera.

Besides, the only reason Apaec has given to the Americas is 'just trust me', which is not a good argument. The CSA has brought up well-known tactics, used history as a reference, and provided far more compelling and far more logical reasoning.

Yes, but Britain is not all there is of Europe. The point is that every independent nation of the Americas circa 1891 exists because it won a war against a European nation. The CSA and Quebec fought Britain. Rio Grande, al-Mayqiuh, Tehuantepec, the URCA, Venezuela, and Tawantisuyu fought Spain. Guyane fought France. Brazil fought Portugal. And Europe views the Americas as places to be reclaimed by their empires.

Guyane actually declared independence in 1797 when Pichegru was sent there and killed the prison guards, and the French never came back to reclaim it, because they were too busy with internal problems (i.e. Napoleon), meaning that after the Guyanese ousted the prison guards or killed them, they became independent.
