Yugoslavia is only going to fare so well with nationalism- and the fact that it remains a monarchy in an era of revolution. And Russia is going to remain an absolute empire, with much of the population forming an impoverished underclass. Germany and Hungary are never going to recognize Czechoslovakia and Galicia, and the war will never officially end, with shootouts and spellings leading to occasional escalations. Denmark is fixed to be devastated by Germany, and I'm not sure if it will ever be released. Germany's colonies are shitholes and will remain shitholes.

So, yeah, I will get some land. And millions upon millions will soak the ground with their blood. Well, actually, soil can only absorb so much liquid, so the blood would likely just start running off in rivers and streams into the ocean. I'm goddamned fucking tired of Uni acting like she's the only person on this thread who ever gets back luck. Once upon a time, in a far earlier rendition, that was the case. But at this point? Uni and Luz spent I don't know how many fucking pages of this thread bashing Vak to no end. Uni is AFAIK the only nation who was given the privilege of changing their nation's history before 1770. Uni used it to get rid of Sengoku and establish the Greater East Asian Coprosperity Sphere, to no complaints. Nobody said 'wait how is this going to fuck up world history' or 'is that at all realistic', not this time around, not with this batch of RPers. And Vak tries to do the same thing with Spain and get rid of the Reconquista and Uni is leading the charge to crucify Vak, beheadhim, stick his decaptitated head on a pike and parade it a around the goddamned forum, asking 'how will this effect history' and 'is that even vaguely realistic'. Now as for me being Brazil and establishing myself as the South American version of the CSA when its at its height right about now. Well that's my dream. So uni and boji ive asked this on the last page but do you permit me to be allowed to be the regional power of South America meaning ideally I'm more powerful than Venezuela and the Inca. Afterall, none of my other nations have the capacity to become this, but ive made Brazil's history in such a way that we could argue its naval power is a smidge behind Japan and the CSA but very close.

Since 1951, there have been 42 stages, and the average length has been 7,000 km (the shortest was 971 km from Changchun to Beijing in 1892, and the longest was 12,461 km in 1958 when the stages started in Lengshui/Nairobi Chinese East Africa, or today, Kenya).

The classifications are identical to that of the Tour de France (General, Mountains, Points, Youngest, Combativity and Team).

As for prize money, it would start at Y5,000 in 1892, prize money has increased each year, although from 1976 to 1987 the first prize was an apartment offered by a race sponsor. The first prize in 1988 and 1989 were a car, a studio-apartment, a work of art and 500,000 yuan in cash. Prizes only in cash returned in 1990.

Prizes and bonuses are awarded for daily placings and final placings at the end of the race. In 2009, the winner received Y500,000, while each of the 21 stage winners won Y8,000 (Y10,000 for the team time-trial stage). The winners of the points classification and mountains classification each win €25,000, the young rider competition and the combativity prize Y20,000, and Y50,000 for the winner of the team classification (calculated by adding the cumulative times of the best three riders in each team).
