Explain "make Austria take those."

Well since in this reality, the South Americans had some immunity to European diseases 90% of their population wasn't wiped out, leading to a extremely high amount of people living compared to the OTL timeline. Honestly, this is more of a conservative estimate ) 54 million slaves.
Population-colonial: 2.2 million
Location/Claims: Panama, Upper half of Brazil, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, both Guyanas, Suriname.
Capital City: New Tenochtitlan ( Lima )
Government Type: Monarchical Theocracy
Ideology: Nationalism, Imperialism, semi-feudal semi-federal.
Leader/s: Emperor Moctezuma XI, The High Priest
Economy: A great amount of the Aztec Imperium's wealth come from it's significant natural resources. Gold, silver, timber, farmland, sheep - all exploited by a mixture of exported ( and stolen ) foreign machinery, barely chugging away under poor maintenance in desert heat and the backs of hundreds of thousands of slaves toiling under the watchful eye of the sun-god. Though the average peasant will spend most of their lives humbly farming using reliable methods to provide produce for both their families and the market, the Empire's great cities grow and fill with all sorts of new machines and craftsmen seemingly every day.
Infrastructure: The heirs to Inca administration, the Empire is paved with dozens of roads and established routes for messengers that would make even the Roman Empire of old envy it's efficiency. However The Empire has fallen prey to the sands of time and lacks more modern industry, cars are rare and mostly for the truly decandent upper class and airplanes are a rare slight indeed.
Army: For most men, being in the Army is not a mere requirement by the state, but a sacred duty from the High Priesthood, and thusly the gods. The young peasant boys envy the army, being deprived of a chance to prove themselves a true man in both the eyes of the divine and those who stand shivering in their boots at the carnal rage of a holy warrior, the Army often has problems with too many young boys deserting farms to join the army. The army, that despite being nearly woefully outdated, is the fear of many " civilized " nations.
Aztec Jaguar warriors are furious beasts ( can you even call them men after one has seem them in battle? ) having no second to delay glory with petty things such as "reloading" Aztec Jaguar Warriors often carry up to a dozen revolvers in the field, discharging them all in a blood craze fueled by religious fanaticism, ceremonial drugs and pure malice for their enemies. Even in heavy breastplate armor, they move quickly and after emptying their revolvers in their mad charge they fight like men possessed with traditional obsidian knives and bats, breaking open skulls and disemboweling while howling praise to the gods. Some stories say, if disarmed of all weapons they lash out with teeth and nails, ripping men's windpipes from their throats. After a battle, any prisoners are usually marched to Tenochtitlan or sacrificed on a makeshift pyramid as a way of giving thanks to their Sun God, Huitzilopochtli. Interestingly enough the Aztec Army has also placed military flamethrowers into use, being one of the first powers to do so despite their otherwise backwards state.
All in all, the Aztec Army relies on pure numbers, shock and awe and intimidation. 3.1 million men lay in the standing army, with many others ready to pick up a club for their gods.
Navy: The Navy isn't nearly as glorious, well-trained or funded as the Army. The Aztec Navy relies upon large numbers of sturdy ships made from plentiful, tough, Amazon wood. Five hundred ships lay in Aztec Service
Goals: Reclaim Aztlan. Blood for the Sun God.
History:
1023 A.D: Several ships from Viking Vinland find themselves in Central America, by some amazing circumstance.
1024 A.D: Massive outbreaks of pox and other european diseases, combined with several crop failures force the fledging Aztec Empire to move downwards in a conquering migration, when they often intermix and exchange cultures with the native peoples.
1200 A.D: The Aztec Empire claims sovereign over a central america and small parts of Northern South America. Many ethnic Aztecs immigrate to the South, either nobles taking up leadership positions or peasants take up fertile farmland once inhabited by peoples genocided.
1250 A.D: The Aztecs clash with the Inca.
1300 A.D: The Aztec-Inca end in Aztec victory.
1320 A.D: The Aztecs adopt a large amount of Inca administration and scientific inventions, while assimilating the populace.
1400 A.D: The Aztec Empire continues to grow and spread, and roads begin to spring up connecting the Empire. Iron-working is discovered and perfecting in some parts of the Empire.
1470 A.D: A succession crisis throws the Aztec Empire into a troubled period.
1491 A.D: European explorer lands. Ushers in a age of exploration.
1500s A.D: European explorers begin to rush in, catching the normally stable Aztec Empire in a time of troubles. Due to resistance to disease far fewer Native Americans die and the Europeans have a harder time conquering, only annexing the majority of South America. More immigrations occur, further blending the conquered population of South America into a single culture group.
1600s A.D: The Aztec Empire recovers, and population grows as Gunpowder and gun becomes available in increasingly large amounts.
1800s A.D: The Aztec Empire conquers the African Gold Coast to fuel it's slave based economy.
1900s A.D: The Revival begins....

Nerfed population and land.
Still to large. Name seems a bit inadequate(Seeing how they encompass various culture groups) You can keep the name though.

I'm currently marching through Australia.
Or at least, the Eastern part.
Which, had no cities, on it. As i was informed that the Aboriginals had bows and arrows and not rifles.
Of course, you've got rifles now, but no cities near Botany bay or the Eastern half of Australia.

So, ehm, when did you start this invasion?

It's similar to how when Anglo-Saxons migrated to England and became a radically different culture group by mixing with the native Britons they were still called Anglo-Saxons, despite being, as previously mentioned, a different, unique culture.
Now I'm not one who would argue against the statement of (Co) OPs, but it seems sort of arbitrary that a backwards, universally hated theocracy that more then fits the bill of " Uniqueness " would be denied when there's stable, advanced, diplomacy sound nations with similar landmasses, that are arguably less creative, that only have lower a population ( and not even that in same cases ) that are easily accepted.

I have no problem with your app and i'll gladly accept you, however as said before just lower your nation's size a bit and it will be accepted.
