Population-homeland: About 12,000,000, give or take. Couldn't find the website for populations.
Population-colonial: No colonies
Location/Claims: Austria, Liechenstein, Bavaria
Capital City: Vienna, although Munich is accepted as a secondary capital.
Government Type: A constitutional monarchy with an elected parliament and an elected Diet of regional representatives.
Ideology: Liberal economics, gender equality, partial economic socialism.
Leader/s: Archduke Otto von Habsburg
Economy: Industrial capitalism, with a socialist bow on top in the form of minimum wages and some worker unions. GDP is about 650 billion. As with population, I understand that my given numbers may not be accurate.
Infrastructure: Although the purchase of cars is encouraged, the nation still heavily relies on trains and public transport. Some ferry and trade routes exist in the Adriatic.
Army: 84,000 men. Although it is small, Austria has chosen to even out it's armies small size by giving it's soldiers top notch training and equipping them with the best equipment Austria had.
Air Force: 36,000 personnel. Although limited in numbers, the Royal Austrian Airforce makes up for it's small stature with some of the best aerial machines in the world.
Goals: Truly secure it's independence, become an important member of European politics, achieve more land and resources by possibly expanding east and northeast, and, if they are ever able to take on the Roman Empire, south. However, Austria hopes to gain such goals through the work of other nations, since wars between great powers aren't a rare spectacle in Europe. Furthermore, Austria is locked between land, and wishes dearly to gain access to the sea.

Populstat. That population could be just a little smaller. The GPD is unrealistically large.

Also, socialist ideas should not be present. A more realistic form of government would be one based around an Aristocracy, as Holstein is.

Secondly, you've just become an independent nation. You have no armed forces yet, or have a significantly lower figure than the one you presented. Same for equipment quality.

Lastly, I thought we had agreed that you would also have claims in the Balkans (i.e., not all of your land comes from my nation).

Honestly, I believe that's highballing it considerably--seeing the Aztecs would be still in the earlier stages of the Demographic transition model of population growth, combined with the fact that if diseases still impacted the population but allowed them to develop immunities, this would take several generations of massive population decline. Though this could be me misreading his application/history so this could not factor into it whatsoever. But the overall terrain and size of the empire, plus a lack of steady transportation/infrastructure due to terrain and a lack of a reliable draft animal until the arrival of Europeans en masse, I'd say 150-200 million would be the highest, as establishing reliable agricultural surpluses to grow a population so substantially is difficult in pre-European America.

Over here I have the College of the Excellent, which is more like a symbolic group of advisers to the Tetrarchs than an institution with any real power. Which is why they are starting to get angry, and the Tetrarchs' granting the German-Austrians autonomy against their wishes certainly does not please them.
