He values his religion, as well as his noble blood, above all, and believes that they are his ticket to rule Sefmar. Not only does he view Emperor Marcus as a tyrant, but he views King Sorio as a weakling. He's taken the recent accusations of corruption as his ticket to separate from the Kingdom of Sefmar and start his own small fief, ruling over a small series of towns in the eastern parts of Sefmar.

Bio: Mu'tamid was born to the noble Abdulrashid family, one of the more notable families in Sefmar. His father was a rather nasty extremist, committing some atrocious acts in the name of his religion. These acts were inflicted on his governance, a Sefmarian city within the dunes of the desert. The Abdulrashid family was decried by the Empire for their crimes against the people, though their position in the desert often protected them from the full wrath of the Emperor. From a young age, Mu'tamid was indoctrinated with the ideals of extremism and fervent independence. When his father died, Mu'tamid took up the fore of the Abdulrashid family and slowly emancipated them, and their governance, from the kingdom.

Their separation did not come all at once, but gradually over the few years that Mu'tamid ruled. Members of the Abdulrashid's retinue would turn up dead, and the Kingdom would be blamed. Profits would be embezzled from the treasury, and the Emperor would be blamed. The Sheikh-to-be sewed the seeds of deceit into the province, and found himself hated by the kingdom because of it. When the time was right, Mu'tamid dawned his ceremonial armor and declared his own independence. He used the seeds sewed into the eastern regions in order to recruit the disgruntled of Sefmar into his retinue. He ruled over the series of towns with an iron fist, and his guards steadily await the wrath of the king upon them.


As a question, what's the approximate size of Sefmar's army and the army of the Empire? I'd like to adjust his warband's numbers accordingly.

Accepted, Sefmar would probably have about 45,000 men while the Empire as a whole would have about 350,000-400,000 with that including the individual provinces' armies which I may post soon for clarification. The Imperial Army it's self would have about 150,000

Personality- Unlike his father, Ocel has a serious tone to his voice and character. He is focused on leading his tribe, through hell or highwater. While sympathetic, he does not hesitate to take action against a wrongdoer based on the customs of his people. While stern and sometimes even grim, he was earlier in his life much more lighthearted, leadership added onto the current times that land is going through seems to have been the changing mix. He has however shown a certain courage, especially in combat, one that is instilled into Bogman society. While he holds a deep respect for the elves, he views them as his natural enemies, like all Bogmen.
Bio- Ocel was born to Riverwood chieftain Pentar the Laughing Owl. He had a seemingly normal childhood, and it was in these times that he developed the fierce nationalistic feelings he holds for his tribe and people in general. From an early age, he showed a talent for archery, something that was to be generally expected in his society, yet he far surpassed the other children in skill and still remains one of the best archer in his tribe. He also was decent with the spear, something that was improved by the fishing methods of the Bogmen, though many can claim superiority of skill over him. He started a family early on, however the only people living in his family are two of his sons.

He had already been leading the hunts and the warband when his father died, so he had experience when it came to commanding large parties of the tribe. Like in all Bogman tribes the chieftain is elected. Hoping that Ocel would prove as much a success as his father, the tribe's elders elected him chief at the age of 35. Having been chief for many years now, Ocel hopes to aid in the prosperity of all the Bogmen now that the empire is in shambles. He hopes that if peace is achieved then said prosperity will also be achieved.

Note: The Bogmen are a group of humans that have managed to make a home in certain swamps in Ezramor. The main idea is that in certain chaotic times in the past, the Bogmen probably fell under attack by the elves whom inhabit most of the province. The Bogmen themselves however have formed there own unique culture within the compounds of their isolationist settlements. I hope you don't mind all this added stuff, I needed a swamp area for these select people.

That's fine I don't mind accepted. By the way I may add another province, this one probably for the elves. I'll add it to the opening post with the others.

Oh yeah, Prince Derek now has an internal terrorist to deal with...YAY!!! Well, Sefmar has some of the deadliest fighters...so lets see how these religious extremists deal with the Provincial and Empirical Army.

Is 670 okay? 'Cause I believe I spotted an elf that was 400 odd on another page, and there's not a massive age difference there, so there's at least one character Dalvarien isn't massively older than. :p

I guess that would be okay, although Dutch's character is kind of undead. I guess 670 would be okay.

And FYI, A Homunculus is essentially an artificially created alchemical/magical copy of someone who was already dead, with varying modifications and the like, and so could technically be seen as undead. Something like that. :p

Bio-
Born to a Huntsman and his wife, deep in the cold forested valleys of Rordas, He was raised as such to survive in the wild climates, When Jethro reached sixteen he road with his parents to the capital, to sell their finest furs to the king of Rordas, and to offer up Jethro who was coming of age... On the way there...they were attacked by a band of robbers, Jethro only managed to escape the burning wreckage of their wagon and the merciless blades of the robbers thanks to his mother, while his father fought off the robbers, hiding him in the woods, Jethro made his way to the nearest town, telling his story, and worked as a Huntsman hoping for revenge for several years, That chance came when he was hired as a soldier of Rordas, Which he abandoned and went rogue after meeting an old sell-sword, whom taught him the way of patience and stealth. And Assasination

Jethro got his chance to kill the robbers, who were know a merchants guild in the capital of Rordas, and Jetro carried it out, Finalising his decision to go rogue, kill and fight for hire, and be known as a Vigilante legend, A Ghost of Vengeance, and Rogue Devil (Although he is very devout to the faith)
