Lost hills bunker, California, it is by vault 13 which is by mt.Whitney. If that helps .
Edit: Also Fresno and Bakersfield are by mt. Whitney. Going by that lost hills would be by either Fresno or Bakersfield, hopefully that helps.

I'm not sure if a vault can be classified as a unique building since almost everyone has a vault or started from one. I think bunkers would be a better fit for the bos in my opinion.

I had thought that the bos as a whole was ruled by an oligarchy (led by a ruling council) where as each bunker had (sort of) a non hereditary monarchy (elder) - monarch meaning only chief - with
A science adviser and a military adviser. So in my opinion its government styling would be a oligarchy overall and a mix between a monarchy and representative democracy (so a representative monarchy?) however it's up to you since your the op after all.

The enclave have power armour troops as well so would a scribe be more appropriate as a unique unit? Or more specifically a bos power armour soldier in order to differentiate?

I think that's all besides order being 4 because of the bos's rigid command structure and discipline , but you need to reach 28 somehow so never mind.

Besides that I think its just fine and dandy though . One more question though. How good is Bos production/ are bos manufacturing techniques?
